One question, for everyone:
What have I done that makes you sure I'm not scum? I'm actually genuinely puzzled by this - were it not for my technical issues I'd be quite happy as a killer coasting along back here. No one has made a case on me, all game.
I ask because christ, I'm really wondering. If no-one is looking at me, what else are we missing?
And yeah, I'm not scum, because apart from anything else I'd hate myself for winning a game by taking such a lazy-arse back-seat ride. Doesn't mean it doesn't get done of course.

I think it's more that there are other options out there. Right now it's not worth making cases on every single player, because that muddies the thread, as well as being time consuming both to produce and to read, so you go for people who have set off warning bells, make cases on them, and just try to get a lynch. It's a shame that we haven't had a lot of participation, maybe people are just burnt out on Mafia.

There is no one here, and no one to discuss anything with.
Tellan has the most votes right now, but personally I feel that Eloth is more likely scum. Problems with Tellan's play are too easily written off as playstyle, whereas Eloth's whole attitude has changed since the start of this day, he has gone from low content, with votes based on gut, to suddenly aggressive pushing behaviour, which strikes me as scum trying to get the game finished. Since I need to go to bed, and probably won't be back until after the end of the day
Vote Eloth.
Good luck, everyone.

Here, but very busy.
As stated earlier, Eloth is a lynch I can get behind, and I think we have nothing to win by division.
Remove vote
Vote Eloth
I don't know why people are super concerned with my 'vote hopping' - it is the second time I changed votes today, admittedly, but the first was in response to a case that still seems OK, and the second is on someone we suspect and I declared I could get behind.

I've been operating on a 4 scum theory, it's not that I find you particularly trustworthy, just that you didn't have a place in my puzzle this morning. If we still have a game come my lunch I may take a look at you.

I'm around for a short time again, do people want me to hammer now or does anyone think he'll have anything useful to say/argue?

I note it was Korbas who swung the lynch to Eloth, depending on the CF that could be interesting.
Trake, 4 scum? I had been looking at an odd number, therefore making each town equally sized. I didn't see any reason to have two different sized towns. What was your theory behind 4 scum?

I'm also working on 4 scum basis. 1 general and 1 symp for each castle.

Ok, after a quick read up, while my first choice remains Gait, eloth is a close second, with mockra a medium distance behind Eloth (depending on how he explains his last few posts he could either go up or down the list). I'm willing to hammer whenever needed. I'll be on for the next hour or so.

Hammer whenever you like - or when Galain feels like it - but let's just get a lynch today.
With potential dual kills, even withholding may not give us another day. Even in a single kill scenario, I think scum will not help us by killing a suspect but might finally gun for the VPI Alkend.

I'll hammer in a half hour should no one come on and have stuff to say regarding the lynch (namely eloth)

For what it's worth Barg, I never thought you called Trake scummy, but watching multiple people bring it up has been rather hilarious

I'm glad i could provide some entertainment.
next order of business is voting. We're currently stuck at 2 votes a piece on 4 different people.
I'm not sure any of the prime suspects bar tellan fill the killer MO. many seem scummy, and I can vote for Gait or Eloth, but I'd be doing that with serious reservations.
Well, there's 12 hours left. If we can't reach a top candidate consensus, we should find the person that the most of us would willingly vote, even if it's not our top choice. It's the only way to have any sort of consensus without a no-lynch.
I won't be voting Gait. I don't think he's scum, plain and simple. Galain, Eloth, Mockra and Jalan are all candidates I would willingly vote for. After thinking about it and seeing him post, Korbas is not on my suspect list either.
err... Jalan's dead
Urrg. Me no thinky so good late at night. OTOH, definitely voting Jalan if he comes back somehow, damn necromancers

I think it's more just a part of it being August. Lots of people are tend to get busy in late summer, in addition to many holidays and events.

Just for everyone's information, I will freeze all clocks this weekend, since we are down to fewer people and the game hasn't been particularily hopping.

I'll repeat that his behavior is suspicious, but the fact he went mental after I made a case on you points to symp.
But even a symp is good at this point, if we are really into D-day.

Good, but killer would be a lot better, considering we suspect there are 2 killers still out there, possibly with double NK capabilities.
