There were a couple other episodes this season that I liked better than the finale. I think what slowed things down is we had a couple of the characters dealing with mistakes for a decent amount of screen time. While I'm glad the writers didn't shortcut the process, having both Coulson and Daisy go through this at the same time kinda dragged things out.

Sure, I'm reasonably certain (99%) that it's supposed to be Ghost Rider. I'm just not sure how I feel about Ghost Rider being in this series, I've not decided if I think it's a good fit or not.
Screw you all, and have a nice day!

I would imagine he would be an antagonist. Like Ghost Rider is hunting [Person of SHIELD interest], the Scooby Team has to stop him. Good luck with that.

Agreed, Shield is going to have to investigate a series of murders where the victim's "soul is burned out," empty eye sockets with burn marks I guess?

Yeah, the Director build up was over the top. Felt really forced. I guess we are suppose to be all a buzz about who the director is.

I'd not be surprised if it's Talbot.

I've been thinking Talbot or one of Patton Oswalt's Koening characters.

The identity of the director has been out for a while - so don't google it! I was just spoiled looking for fan theories.

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't even think that it would be leaked.

OK, not who I expected it to be. I'll be curious to see where this goes.
