I think I lit a flame under a wasps nest here. She has 12 mats left, a cruiser on the board and two starbases. I have two dreads, 3 interceptors and 6 materials. I can use two interceptors to free me dreads, hopefully.

If/when you move your interceptors to Eta Geminorum, I will build two more starbases.

well she could easily do this next round and have more materials. so now i have to go against this. I don't fancy my chances against 4 starbases and 2 cruisers or whatever she plans. I have to upgrade right and to the best of my ability.

Probably just 4 starbases and 1 cruiser (moved from Lambda Fornacis). Then I'll have 4+8 materials next round to rebuild whatever you manage to destroy and we can do it all again if you like.

You can get your dreads out if you really want to, but it will take about 5 actions and require sacrificing 5 interceptors, which are worth about as much materials as both dreads anyways. I dunno if 3 actions with those dreads will be better for defending your other territories than just leaving them up there, your call
