Speaking of squids. I watched MiB on bluray yesterday. I found Khell a new picture.

Haha. Funny.
It's quite cute for a squid.
I've actually been busy at work this weekend, unusual for me.
Hopefully the pace will pick up through the week.

Heh. Did not see that coming.
Edit for comment inappropriate seeing as how I'm still GC. And where the hell is CF btw?

Wonder what Tats will choose here, artifact key, conifold field or antimatter splitter.
Would be interesting to see how 9HP (with confiold field) dreads will stack up against twelves glass AMC wielding missile platforms, I suspect not well but better than the 7hp ships currently in play.
I'm hoping no-one lets twelve get antimatter splitter though.
Edit: Or neutron bombs are up as well, probably the most interesting tech round we've had for a while. A couple of potential gamechangers available.

Bah. just found out that SS's board resource pegs are wrong.
I don't think the splitter would make it past Tapper. Not with cannons on two of his blueprints.
And Khell must not have found Reggie's kid as cute as Kay and Jay did.

Tats is in a quandary isn't he. I don't see that he has a choice though. Zero money and 6 mats. He needs that key.

I'm next to last, it might be gone. We'll see. Also, thanks for doing my upkeep - the weekend was hectic and the next few days will be worse. My boss is back from holidays, my gf's sister is coming to stay over and the Ghoul Gulch mafia needs preparing, too.

Put your provisional in the GG thread. That way I'll HAVE to look. (Actually I did some reading on it yesterday.)

Morgoth are you looking to get Neutron Bombs? D'rek has a neutron bomb absorber, you only have 4 science.

I'm thinking plasma cannons as things stand right now. I'm limited in my ability to manouver based on my empire being somewhat smaller now than it was previously. So, I will have to find a way to move outwards somehow, but preferably in a way that prevents me from breaking the diplomatic relation with you.
So, I don't know what you want to do, but I assume you're not looking to keep your ships where they are now for much longer. As long as you don't move your ships to my old homeworld and park them there for the remainder of the round we should be able to work something out I reckon.

Okay good enough. I know D'rek is a risk, i'm working out best way to move ships and what to do.
I'll make my move in 10 minutes or so. I am working out what I need where.

I wanted to buy them this round, if I bought the key that would have left me with +10 materials. Not worth it. If I am going up against Twelve I may as well have a lot of ships with missiles myself, combined with big ships with hull, then he is in a quandary with who to kill.
