The funny thing is we still got 12 tech draws with all the rares drawn.

Short answer:

I had to re-randomize the list every time to simulate "shaking the bag"
I used Orokos so that the "draw from the bag" is verifiable.

Long answer has to wait for a bit. I want to talk it over with CF first. There is a reason why certain techs got drawn with a higher frequency than others. It has to do with the initial pile.

Actually Tatts hasn't done his which mildly annoys me. He's 3rd in line to pick. Which means he might have made different decisions. But he hasn't made any posts since before I started picking. And he didn't have much in the way of alternative choices. He's locked into his upkeep however.

I am here, very very drunk after my meal with my mother which my older sister decided to invade we had a lot of cider, different flavours and different places, we started at 5pm and now it is almost 12 am, that is a lot of drinking in a shortish space of time, and guess what? yes Khell you guessed it, my wife isn't home yet from her adventures with her friends although i fully expected her to be. That means I am now free to peruse myy beloved malazan empire for as long as i like or at least until wifey comes in and says hey gorgeous i've missed you. although she won't say that, she will say... "tigger!" to which I will reply, "wifey" or "girly" or "piglet" and then we will hug or kiss whatever suits our mood. The thing is, have you ever watched "arrested development" which is a program on netflix? Well, I say "wifey" in the tone of Gob, who says Michael. brilliant. I see that i mildy upset someone but I don't know who? I was going to grab artifact key, spend it on science and grab tachyon source for my interceptors which would allow my anti matter cannons on their, how cool would they be? Thing is, anti matter splitter is here and someone will want that. how will that work if i have 4 ships an d they have one? They cannot split bullets between one ship. so do all four damage hit one ship? I think so, maybe, but loook at all the other cool tech. Don't know what i am doiung. I cannot pick until morning but I can do upkeep as I started it earlier. basically add what i get. I think 6 materials and 8 science from memory BANG done. I click view new content more than any other soul because I am like fixaTED with what is happening across our beloved board. I really like eclipse, mafia, and other things. I like D'rek so much because she is clever and gives good games. Tapper is clever and from a lovely country and Khell makes me laugh all the time. no shame in admitting this. here's a story, tonight my dad brother and his frined met us in the pub, after a few drinks my bro went the toilet, I didn't know, but I went the toilet and I saw him in there, it was pretty full. So I went over and grabbed his hips and swayed him towards the front wall, he said in a voice full of laughter, "you're a dick aren't you", the guy next to him said don't hold back, and my bro went to wash his hands, I procveeded to urinate and I said to the guy next to me, if he comes over I am just going to turn and piss on him, the guy next to me said that if he did that to his brother his brother would try and grab it, we were all laughing, because it was funny and that is how we roll. the thing with my family is, we laugh a lot, we are confiedent and love each other, I wouldn't have really pissed on him, I would have retendded to turn, and he would have ran.
