I've updated my OP with my 4th turn. I'll check in overnight to make sure there's nowt untoward happening. But it's unlikely I'll be able to post.

Well,
I could hold and cross fingers for an excellent discovery tile, but that seems a little too risky.
So move both dreadnoughts into my starting system

That's gonna sting.
Morgy, I'd say you're down to "fight and lose" or pull a Lawrence of Arabia strategy.

I don't suppose you would care to declare a rotation?

If possible, I would like to wait for combat resolution and new science.

I don't blame you a bit. I probably wouldn't trust any decision you gave now anyways. As long as I assume clockwise and being last, I won't be disappointed. Pleasantly surprised maybe.
I can't leave a provisional without seeing what CF does. And will only be online for another hour or so.

I wouldn't expect CF to appear over the weekend if I were you. Relax, put your feet up, have a cocktail...those galaxy-spanning ramifications can wait another day.

Lots of action. Round five will start when CF makes a move. Decent.

To my shame, last night I dreamt that CF made his move. He shockingly moved a dreadnaught into twelve's territory. Nobody saw it coming.
I assume nobody saw it coming because 1) CF can't get into Twelve's territory. 2) CF doesn't have a dreadnaught. 3) CF can't even build dreadnaughts.

I'm a fucking idiot. Beta version of a simpler map should be incoming late today.

I don't hate it! I like how you kept with a tiger stripes theme (or am I just imagining you had a tiger-like avatar before?).

Ha. Hell of a finder you are Tatts. Right dream, wrong person.
I was trying to "snap" the borders or corners to a grid. The problem with that is a hexagon won't fit a square grid. I started with a clean page. Did the math with an online calculator, and drew guidelines at the coordinates. It's working much better now. I'm having a problem getting the overlap distance correctly because the program is insisting that the border line should snap to one side or another. I need the guidelines to be in the center line of the border.

How does this look?
Site doesn't allow me to save the SVG file, which is a shame since it's currently smaller than the pdf. That will probably change as I add the contents.
