From twelve's list, I think I have it figured out. At first I was like "Waaaaaaah?" until I remembered the initial draw is a lot more tiles than each later draw.

snip

That's roughly what's left to be drawn?

no what was drawn at the beginning of the game.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

What does the interceptor bay do?

It's an interceptor piggy back ride.

It's a single hull ship part that costs 2 energy that allows you to move up to two unpinned interceptors along with the cruiser or Dreadnaught that the ship part is on without having to spend additional move actions to do it.

So if you had a dread and two interceptors in a hex and you had this when you move your dread those interceptors follow? That's quite good.

Battlestar Galactica

Hell, an aircraft carrier.

Has Khell decided what he is going to do yet?

Have you, Gnaw, figured out what that third build is going to be and where yet?

He upgraded this round, we would be back to morgoth but Khell has taken back his move and is pondering morosely.

You'd need good material production to do it effectively, oh wait Gnaw?

Yeah. Can you imagine if Gnaw grabbed this tech and put it on a Dread. As Terran he gets three move activations so he could move in a cruiser as well. 11 ships moved all in one action. Ridiculous!!!!
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

He did? I missed that. Either way, I think Morgoth can go ahead with his move regardless of what Khell does.

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.

If I wanted it I would have long since grabbed it. Just listed a couple of examples.

I saw where Khell did a build action but took it back. I think he should do an upgrade this round. If nothing else add two double hulls on his starbase or two positron computers on them. One shot kills CF's interceptor and he has the resources to build 3 starbases this round if he sacrifices some money. Spend a couple turns upgrading and then build where it makes the most sense.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

That's the benefit of being allowed to grow strong early game and no one stepping up to apply pressure.

@D'rek

Should I be doing something with the techs?

I will make a note to draw 13 next round to make up for the deficit in Round 2, but should I make any other changes?

If you want to draw an extra one next round, sure, that's your call. Nothing else seems amiss.

Probabyl better for Khell to reconsider. I was kinda happy he made that cruiser move. Probably the least obstructive thing he could do.

I'm not going to let him mobilize much this round, but he can sure as hell hold me off with a pair of starbases.

Hell, with extra hull and positron computers, they're deterrent enough he might even be able to go for the hive this round. His cruiser upgraded with 1 or 2 pos. computers could easily murder that ancient all on its own.

Well if Tapper wanted to tussle for Zeta Hurculis in round 2 he was more than willing to do so but I don't blame him for not. And I've beween actually wanting CF to attack me so I can free up a reputation slot but not have to take the traitor card to do it.

D'rek you are now my neighbor, I guess you are now in that category too.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
