Btw, the whole 'simplified board' thing took a hit Thursday. I'm a smoker, but don't smoke in the house. Which means that my laptop not only has to put up with nicotine rubbing off my index finger and ashes. Humidity hits it too. I really wasn't too worried about the trackpad button starting to be a little stiff; just remove the keyboard and clean it up.
The trackpad froze up Thursday. Went to ifixit for the repair manual. Horrible surprise. It turns out that a mid-2010MacBook Pro keyboard is held in place by screws from underneath. I have to take every fucking thing out of it to get to those 6 fucking screws. Logic board, drives, etc. 19 steps to the tear down, 19 tout it back together.

Damn I'm lucky. A little google searching and I found out that you can see the underside of the trackpad button by taking out the battery. Sliding a narrow strip of paper back and forth can clean it out.

Morgoth, on my starbases the source is not inside the ships blueprints, is it possible for me to upgrade the source outside the ship? ie change the source from 3, to 6 using fusion source without adding to the inside ships blueprints?

So that as an example I coule have +2 computers, and +4 ion cannons? Or +4 computers and 3 ion cannons?

No, the bonus outside of the tiles is a fixed amount.
Basically, it is there to allow you more playroom in your designs. The same for example goes for Twelve's dreadnoughts: they have one extra power and that makes them a better than standard one.
