My suggestion:

Turn 5: Place fusion source over electron computer and 1 plasma over ion

Turn 6: pulsar upgrade the other plasma

OR

turn 5: place 1 plasma cannon on dread. put drive on cruiser

turn 6: pulsar upgrad computer or ion cannon over electron computer on cruiseer
