The tech and draw poll. 4 people had voted before I added Twelve's suggestion as question #4. When I did that the 4 who had previously voted were still locked out. So the current votes on show 3 people.
As Gnaw I voted simply to make sure it was working.
The current showing results are:
1 - Should we keep the 3 extra regular techs:
In Khell's name I will vote
The four people who voted prior to adding the last question were Gnaw, Twelve, Tatts, and ? might have been snape.
I can find no way to see who has cast votes even though I know I clicked the "public poll" option. I know that twelve went "no" "yes" "other" and last it was his idea.
We have at least 5 people who think it should be (or don't care) toss the 3 regular techs, add the 2 rares, and draw 9 per round the rest of the game. Rares don't count toward the 9.
Any loud complaints about that? We've still got a couple of turns left before combat.

That takes care of the legs.
But you're still glass. And tired.

SS, since you're still here and feel like it why not send any provisionals to Galactic Council.

I hope that doesn't change your turn twelve.
Provisional? I've only really got moves from my pulsars left I think. Can't build anything with them. So I could just shuffle some ships around that warp portal of mine before passing. See if I can end the round on a cliff hanger.

Well, you don't have to use them. You can't build anything. So which do you think you're more likely to need next round? Moves or upgrades?

Probably upgrades and builds. If I pass after this prov. then for that mean I can use the pulsar for upgrade in round 7? Even though the disc is still there. Of do I have to move the disc by using move or build to make upgrade available next round?

I *think* that you can only do one of the two uncovered ones. You cannot do the same thing twice in the same round.
"once per round, you may activate the pulsar instead of taking a normal action."
"It may not be used after you have passed."
I'm currently showing both pulsars have discs on upgrade. So next round you would only be able to do a move or a build with each.
