Oh goddamn it, I completely forgot that it doesn't matter if you're not actually in combat with someone - as long as you step into the territory of someone you have diplo with, you break diplo.
CF, did you forget that as well, or was that some kind of convoluted 'give Khell the traitor card' plan?
Well, it still got rid of a money cube, which I needed to do.
Return the cube to materials track.
