Looks good. Looks really good.

This is a conflict i am seriously looking fwd to, even if Auslaug's slide to the dark side was one of the weaker plotlines last season.
...ok admittedly any plotline that has Laegertha bringing war down on anyone is automaticaly awesome.
I am VERY curious about Ivar's plotline this season. The idea of a paraplegic viking rising to become a warlord (or whatever the trailer is suggesting), handled well, is utterly engaging.

Indeed, and ESPECIALLY considering he raided with his brother Ubba who was hale and healthy, and yet everyone feared Ivar more.

Nice to be back. Kinda slow ep but great moments sprinkled in from start to finish.
Agreed. They set the stage with this episode. Ragnar is looking pretty rough this season.

Awww, that tender moment between Ragnar and Floki though, amirite? Damn the feels, I had to play it off like some dust got into my eye.
Also, Ragnar's crippled son. Little dude can motor around like a boss with just his arms. Finding his three bothers' secret places for sexy time with the servant and all.
But yeah, seems like a staging episode, setting the table for things to come. It's almost like Ragnar came back from a 12 step rehab program and was actively trying to complete Step 8.

Was a good opener ep. Let us know where everyone was at without needless recapping. Also gave a lot more insight into Auslug and Ragnar's four sons. Ivar is fascinating.

Meh, another slow epi. Just a bunch of kissing and hugging goodbye as Bjorn heads out and Ragnar's apology tour continues w/ convincing and bribing the weaker ones to join his excursion.
Ivar got his sea legs though <<<<< see what I did there.

I almost missed setting this last night! I enjoyed ep 2 a lot!
I'm confused though. Remember when Siggy rescued 2 sons from river? Which sons was that cause I thought 2 sons where in France at the time plus Bjorn. I remember Sigurd being there at the time cause Aslung shooed him off to go get some God dick. Where is the 2 river sons at now?

I thought only Ubbe went with Ragnar and co, Sigurd and Hverwhatsisface stayed behind along w Ivar.

Ivar won't kill Sigurd...at least not yet.
Real historical spoilers (read at your own risk)
I'm more curious by Rollo wanting to go raiding with Bjorn.
