Dog Names yes again

I know there's a thread on puppy names of page 4 or 5 but I thought I'd start a new one, as the other thread was dedicated to Mappo (I think the choice was). Anyway, I got my family a 3 month old female Golden retriever for Christmas and my daughter Sydney wants to name her Valerie - which is my other daughter's name, so it's a no. Anyway, I'm not doing to well coming up with names and am asking for suggestions. Doesn't have to be Malazan related. Only requirement is I don't want to feel like an idiot when I call for her in public i.e. Captain Huggyface.

Anyhoo, fire away.

I like Savage Mangler. Baby-Eater, Flower Crusher, and Kitten's Bane, likewise are up there.

My daughter likes Sandy now. Also in the running (with her) are Shelby, Deyga, Maya, Tazzy, Maddie, and Kanga.

The yelling out is the #1 requirement.

2nd might be 'one syllable'; they learn it faster.

After that, it's just stay away from names that would look bad on the citation if it ever bites anyone.

Seeing as this is the Malazan boards and seeing that it is a Golden Retriever may I suggest Ublala Pung? Pung for short.

We went with Co Co. My mom had a yellow lab that we had put down this past year named Dakota. My daughter couldn't say Dakota and so always called him Co Co. So this is kind of a tribute to him and my wife really liked the name. I'll train her to respond to Mauler as well so I can use that when we're in public.
