audible.ca has Peter Clines' insanely fun zombies in space thriller DEAD MOON for $4.95. If you liked his EX-HEROES series, or his more freaky sf stuff, you will probably love this ridiculous book.
The only way i could recommend this more is by crawling through your monitor and repeatedly pulling your face against the screen yelling BUY THIS BUY THIS BUY THIS... and that would be weird.

I saw the email for that this morning, and the headline was "all books $1.99 and up" and the cheapest was $2.99 which, I mean, technically...

Indeed. I normally just frequent the kindle sale page on amazon to see what's on sale that day, and they all were. Still $14 for 3 books aint' too bad.

Over on amazon, $1.99...
Also in Kindleville, Sanderson's Stormlight Archive WAY OF KINGS and WORDS OF RADIANCE and OATHBRINGER are $2.99 each.
...which is kind of insane, actually.

Audible.com has some solid 'whole series on sale' stuff for Cyber Monday.
I acknowledge the inherent nonsense of 'Cyber Monday', but fuckit, it's a good sale for entire series of earbooks, most (not all) complete...
DARKER SHADE OF MAGIC (complete trilo, sequel trilo and tv series coming, i highly reco this one)
EARTHSEA (classic)
SOUTHERN REACH (weird)
HELL DIVERS (fun, cheap)
MASTER & COMMANDER (idk but other forumites seem to enjoy)
RED RISING (not complete but if you've been on the fence, worth it....)

William Gibson's BURNING CHROME $1.99 chez amazon.ca.
It's a great great collection, entirely worthwhile. Includes the original JOHNNY MNEMONIC story Keanu and co adapted. Only better.
If you like Gibson and have not read this, you need this. If you have not read Gibson and wondered, you need this. If you despise Gibson, you are Terry Goodkind and i cannot help you.

No idea, I just bought it myself.
They're a fair bit darker than her other books. I like them the most of her writing though. She starts with a somewhat confused wizard character after his sudden resurrection from a violent death and then goes from there.
I keep wanting her to go this gritty again, but her success with the other books she's written probably means that isn't likely.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.
