No influence cubes. No income whatsoever. No Ships. Bankrupt.

Though I'm not sure if I can put one of the population cubes from the grey planet onto the science track to leave me with 3 money or not. Not sure if that make any difference or not.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Actually, since Tapper's is pretty straight forwards I think I'll start the new round in a minute.

Twelve, you'll get first pick of race if we decide to do a game nr 2 ;). You did end up with the shit end of the stick for this one.

That's fine. I think I have a good idea of how the game is played now. I think I could have pulled out a decent showing if I could have convinced IH to let me go mad scientist and went after you or the GC instead. With the advanced labs tech that I was eyeing plus the extra science discovery bonus and an alliance with IH going to science, I think I could have gotten a fair amount of VP going the tech route.

So why do I still have influence tokens on the board? Aren't they supposed to be removed now that I'm eliminated?

Oh and I see advanced hulls made it to the tech board now. Figures. I could have used those last round. Would have made a huge difference in the outcome I think.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Advanced hulls not appearing until r4 is pretty unusual. Still, I would have been happier being able to snatch up a quantum grid. I don't have many actions availble to me each round as things stand.

I wonder if the expansion will be available in Vassal when we start game 2. Apart from the 9 player option, there's also several new races and technology.

I should have 3 science, and one less cruiser. Also I assume twelves influence tiles have actually been removed?

Anyway I will influence 3H and colonise the two research planets before regenerating those two colony ships.

Yeah, but I thought one of my crusiers was destroyed, wasn't it? in the battle for twelves home system?

If it wasn't great! I probably wouldn't have taken the extra cruiser if I knew I had 3 cruisers already, but never mind.

Looks like with the computer and initiative bonus he gets he can go for glass cannons that shoot first and hit reliably, but they can't necessarily take much of a beating. It seems like a good strategy to me, as long as you don't get unlucky, miss and then get wiped out in battle ;)
