Galaxy, we salute you. For the security and safety of all, once the human empires have finished their initial advance into space, the Hegemon of Orion shall order one of his quartermasters to lead his exploration detachment into sector 1F. Stand in our way at your own peril.

Patience, man-thing. Many other man-things have to act in this cycle before your own will reaches its apex.

Rest, for now, on the soft, safe moss blanketing the ground. Think of better worlds. Green worlds. Sleep. Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

Ecellent. I will resolve once I get home this evening. Alas, overtime will make it a little later than usual.

STD, your Republic is up next, followed by IH's conglomerate. IH, would you mind stickying this thread?

The Orion Hegemon lays claim to sector 1F and establishes a research basis on its sole planet through the use of one colony fleet.

It would have been a no-brainer if this was an orange planet. Not impressed as it stands, but it's a route into the centre. I am pleased with its current alignment.

It would have been a beautiful system for the Hydran's though

I originally inteded for the overview to show available resources and not income, but if you think this is better then that works too.

Either way I am updating the player sheets above as the round progresses.

The Terran Republic has also decided to begin the process of Galactic Exploration. The Senate has authorized the dispatch of an Exploratory expedition to Sector 1D.

I don't mind either way, but players might want to keep a check on their income vs upkeep
And yes, Hydrans would probably dry-hump it to death. :p

You should always be able to check your income and upkeep above on your player sheet however. Your current holdings are important for the other players and are more important, I think, to always keep updated. If D'rek wants to attack IH, it's important for her to know what sort of fleet IH can build before the battle takes place.

Morgoth, can you update the "Current Map" section next to the player boards, as well, so that at any point all the info we need is in one place? Searching through the thread for the latest map and then scrolling back and forth from it to the player boards is hard

I've just noticed - is it actually legal for Ment to make this move? It doesn't look like his starting tile has a wormhole link to 2F, only to 1C, 2D, 3G and 3H.

Might be worth updating the map in the OP to reflect that there are 6 players, because the wormhole setups of the starting tiles appear to be slightly different. Since that's the only source of what the tiles should be called, it could lead to confusion (which I suspect is what happened here).

Agreed. The board Morgy posted with the number/letter codes was setup for five players which has some homeworlds rotated differently than for 6 players.

I've pinned the topic, been really busy but I should have some time tonight to look at this and make my move, sorry for the delay. Also if the current board with the number codes on as well could be in the first post that would be really helpful!

Round 1 post updated with both map (also bellow), and player sheets. IH's turn.

Ment and STD, if you wish to twist the tile, or discard, say so. Ment, I have taken the liberty of colonizing the system.
