Though I wouldn't mind an Anthras lynch. Mainly just gut, but he's seemed a bit too much like trying to steer the thread while also remaining hidden. For example, he set off the Kaschan thing, but then later posted this:

Sorrit, Kaschan (who was on before but didn't post), Ano amp and Korv are the ones that are most likely to harbour some scum. You cannot prove that with Kaschan but he was definitely naked and on thread earlier.

Especially since you're the focus of one, right? just kidding, I know our Day 1 signal cases provide little in the way of accuracy, but the thread is actually showing some life.

The reason I mentioned it is because before lunch I was posting asking if anyone was around and then I scrolled down and his name was there. I think there's two possibilities:

1) Silanah is the master and Anthras is the symp. That vote on Silanah was completely out of the blue. Anthras has commanded everyone's attention by being spammy as fuck, whereas Silanah has been a medium poster without making any big splash, while not being completely absent like Kalse. That vote seems a little too blatant, though, as if Anthras is trying to fake symp.

2) Anthras is the master and Atrahal is the symp. The fact that Atrahal has redirected the lynch train to me while Anthras was being pressured by Amp.

Either way Anthras is the common factor and imo the safest choice among those 3 (silanah, anthras, atrahal) for a day 1 lynch.

Also "obviously the symp" seems a considerable overstatement. My problem is that Anthras' behaviuor suggests symp more than master (steering the thread, stirring shit up), but if so who is the master? The signalling thing from earlier seems weak.

I'm pointing out that your observations about Korv's actions are complete bullshit, since his actions after we stopped mass spamming were 100% consistent. You tried to make out a joke vote to be a deflection attempt when we have all just seen Atrahal do the same for you, only instead by starting a lynch train--something much more likely to take the heat off of you.

I agree that we'd prefer to find the master, and it makes sense for the symp to stir up a ruckus and make it difficult for the town to find the scum the way he has (spamming, throwing around bs accusations, making what seems like a too-blatant attempt at signaling silanah that could be either fake or just extremely indiscreet).

But if it comes down to it I'd rather lynch the symp than an actual inno. Either way if there's a lot of suspicion that he is the symp he'll probably start playing so carefully it'll be difficult to find his master through him.

So 2/3 of those reasons are things you don't consider strong. Or maybe 1/3 if we give you a pass on the lurking since it was you who saw him. Even so, just seems a bit like you're throwing a lot of accusations and hoping that something sticks.
