Well, I think you are the Batman. Your behaviour was so strange and out-of-character straight after the thread unlocked. The way you listed every single weapon in the cache was just plain weird.

I only have seconds here, but I knew something was up with Karosis, and I thought even if the kill was blocked by a BP, that info would be worth losing my vig in terms of this lynch, as that would shift dynamics pretty heavily. So, Karosis vote wasn't going to happen, I wanted to get to him before someone hammered Emur.

If roled non-CLs have abilities related to their role, then it would make sense to claim a role other than the one you're given. So long as the lie isn't found out, it allows you to use whatever ability you get from the role with impunity. The real question is not why did he lie, but what did he gain by lying? If he's not Bane, what other roles are there? I don't know BM villains well enough to speculate

Rashan's probably a regular recruit of PI's who wanted to look bigger than he was (i.e. avoid people targetting him for fear of something - or nothing - happening). Also, he knows from PI's message that Bane was used, so he's also protecting the real Bane by claiming the real role as his own - i.e. protecting the more powerful members of his faction.

Figures that my cover would be blown without a complete day going by.... Alright, well, obviously I wasn't Bane - the question we should be asking ourselves is did Fener know that Karosis was Bane somehow? Did he use his vig to off Karosis to prove that I was lying? Is he trying to direct the lynch towards me? I am now suspicious, but will keep an open mind.

I like either of them for a lynch. Rashan for the lie or Telas over the message about his not having weapons anymore. Don't think he ever answered the question of when he lost them.

Actually, I answered like 5 posts further up. The Penguin is lying and I don't know why you're just taking his word as gospel when it's been shown more than once that the CLs lie in those messages. He may well hope that I am the Batman, but his primary motive is to get rid of his rivals.
