I said I was leaning towards Emurlahn, but that I'd wait to add my vote because I like reading people's thoughts and letting things develop.

The Karosis case isn't as bad as the Emur one. I may switch there.

OK, been getting caught up, and this contradiction catches my eye. Why do we not want Ivy to out Telas, but we do want Penguin to out Emurlahn? This last few pages looks like a recruit battle, and I don't I think that's going to get us anywhere.

I'm believing that Galain and Emurlahn are town or recruits if they have weapons. If Spite really had a bat as she had claimed and got to hold onto it when she became Batman, she could have taken down Galain with Telas the other night and held onto her cover. So if I am hunting BM which I think we all agree is the best tactic, I think the case that Telas could be Batman becomes more complelling with Penguin's weapons find and the fact that Ivy is only claiming Rashan.

Seriously, Penguin has been on and didn't even verify that I was recruited last night? You may as well lynch me, if Penguin wants to fuck around then let him, we'll laugh in his face after the game. To not lynch me it would have taken a few simple words from him yet he comes on and disappears. He better have another Broadcast otherwise i'd just be pissed off he recruited me rather than Ivy! FFS Pingu, why would you want your newest recruit lynched?

Oh calm down, I said I don't hate the case, that doesn't mean that I particularly like it. Now that Penguin has not claimed Emurlahn, I don't see why I would do anything other than vote him. It certainly doesn't help Emurlahn's case.

I don't have much time at all to post, but it doesn't seem like people enjoyed my drunken Karosis case too much. I really would love to go back through and respond point by point but I won't have time for at least 5 hours. I still think he's the Bat; although the Emur case is compelling, why would Penguin mention him but not "claim" him? Mentions Galain as well. It seems to me like he's mentioning recruits, his own or others, and it certainly is interesting that Telas used to have weapons but has been using them...very interesting.

Anyway. I like my vote right now. We still have some time, but I guess someone could hammer Emur pretty quick.

Also, whoever said that "everyone knows the CLs by now if you're paying attention" - I think it was Korbas - is full of shit. If that were true, why aren't we seeing Batman offing CLs every night? Obviously he has the ability to, like when he took out Joker. I don't know, I just don't see that as productive speculation because there is no evidence of it coming from the Batman.

And I managed to leave my mouse about two hundred miles away from where I currently am, and since the mousepad on my laptop died a long time ago, this makes navigating fucking difficult. However, I've just discovered Mouse Keys, so that's made things a little easier - if still painfully slow.

And I was just coming on to write, how has no one even tried to consider that the Penguin might be lying about what he's 'found'. Here we have evidence of the other CL outright lying. The faction war has begun, and the CLs aren't just trying to find Batman with no other thought in their heads - they're trying to find Batman whilst laying suspicion on those who are not their recruits.
