If Penguin claims you, I will consider voting for Galain or D'riss, they are the only other two currently on my radar. As it stands, I'm still willing to follow my CL's suggestion.

I don't hate your case against D'riss. He hasn't really posted anything of substance since the weekend at least, but he's posted quite a bit. I think he may just be trying to keep his post-count up without making any big waves. I'll be keeping an eye on D'riss, but as per my previous message, for now my vote stays on Emurlahn.

This, and another post (Galain, Korbas) about this case not really being relevant to BM's identity now is a point I hadn't considered. I still think it's wiser to smoke BM than a CL at the moment, as BM will find it easier to hide and increasingly easier to pick off CLs as our numbers dwindle, whatever faction we happen to be in. The not-quite-randomness of BM's successor choice means we have a much greater chance of hitting a CL than BM, so we should focus our attentions on BM until he has one life left.

Given that, and my standing opinion that D'riss is a CL:

But now who to vote for? As Korbas's vehemence has convinced me that any lynch is better than none (for which, *bow*), I might as well jump on the vote train I have a gut feeling for. As far as I'm concerned, all the cases thus far are severe cases of WIFOM. I would always trust actions over words to point to someone's inclination/allegiance, and that's no different in Mafia. Thus far, until Penguin actually confirms Emurlahn's claim to be a recruit, seems he is the best target. Thus:

Well, he says Emurlahn has a gun, which supports his earlier claims, but he did not actually claim Emurlahn. I know that my ability was used last night, so I think Penguin's trying to confuse us? I don't understand why he would do that, but that's besides the point. He did not claim Emurlahn, so that just puts more fodder on my lynch Emurlahn fire.

OK, been getting caught up, and this contradiction catches my eye. Why do we not want Ivy to out Telas, but we do want Penguin to out Emurlahn? This last few pages looks like a recruit battle, and I don't I think that's going to get us anywhere.

I'm believing that Galain and Emurlahn are town or recruits if they have weapons. If Spite really had a bat as she had claimed and got to hold onto it when she became Batman, she could have taken down Galain with Telas the other night and held onto her cover. So if I am hunting BM which I think we all agree is the best tactic, I think the case that Telas could be Batman becomes more complelling with Penguin's weapons find and the fact that Ivy is only claiming Rashan.

Do we think this is possible? Extremely lazy by Rashan here. I should be dead if what he says is true unless someone healed me which I don't know why they would. I was recruited by the Penguin so I can see why he may want me gone but who would Poison Ivy rather be lynched today? A recruit on an opposing team or BM?
