I'd have had a title plus 17000 minimum by the end of the day, i could've converted those gemstones into jewellery knowing that sold.

Damn Vengy guarding me last night, else I would have hooked up the the Nepath prince and offered him some insider trading options. Though you guys had already won by then.

Each day I used my Djinn to learn info regarding a player. Giving me three more contracts each day to sell. When I sell a contract I get the contract amount and because I had 2 Dada Dream Dancers I get 4000 dinari each time my contract was purchased. That was why I offered to basically give my info out for free. I still got 4K each time. I was at the point where I was making 55K each day and the longer the game went on the more money i could make.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

The reason Jewelry looked like it was selling was because I had a nice little arrangement going with Omtose ^_^. Dunno if there would have been the same market for it today.

The Bostanji-Bashi title is the only one that it makes any sense for me to have out of the 4 remaining titles. I've already got my night actions sorted. Being the Master Confectioner means I've got my day actions sorted too, so I need something with a passive ability. Is there a reason why this is the only one that makes sense for you too?

Ah, see every contract I filled I got 3000d. That's why there was an infinite loop alert put out when you started selling Merrid's info (actually, that's how I managed to make 30000d on the market in 2 hours of trading on the last day).

GREAT GAME HoA! We really steamrolled them :D

Ahem, I'd like the Bostanji-Bashi title - or the Defterdar. Seeing as I can produce Politics the Defterdar title would be good for me, but I guess it should go to whoever we felt played the best game ^_^

The reason I was also looking at Bostanji-Bashi is because my role produces ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except slaves, meaning I was completely, utterly, and entirely reliant on the market and you people and your crazy high prices :p If it wasn't for Korlat/ST contacting me on day 3, I may have struggled somewhat if the game had gone on longer - certainly I was nowhere close to buying another title.

@ Tiam - why were you going to ask people to lynch me specifically?

I've got to say, I damn near broke my back buying that title by the beginning of the second day. I may be a trader, but really I appeared to have the role of a glorified minor pimp. I wheeled and dealed and used just about all my abilities and titles to scrape together that 30,000 dinari, and bankrupting myself to buy that title. Now that's team dedication :p

Much of your money came from me then. I bought up all but 1 of the contracts you put out on me ^_^

Hehe, as Korlat said, all that Jewelry being sold was the result of a little market manipulation by us - it was actually the same 5 pieces being sold back and forth for extra money garnerning ^_^

As for what I was going to do today if the game had carried on.

- I didn't have time or money earlier to spend on upgrades, so I was focusing on that. I got the materials together to buy a grain farm, as I needed grain to upgrade and no one ever bloody sold it!

- I bought the info on Korabas, who as it turned out was in my faction - so I would have established a lover link with them, and subsequently one with them and Korlat.

By the way, twelve, so you were selling information about both sides. Naughty naughty ^_^

Haha, looking through the roles, I assume it was Alkend/KL that was stealing from me almost every single night. Did you enjoy all the Azzah Dice you took? ^_^ I made sure to make another every time, as it was the only item which wouldn't definitively identify who I was if stole, and it was cheap to make :D

Those references to a stage play I made - yeah, that was a bloody ability (thanks Tapper, grrr!).

Having looked at all the roles, I'd say the most difficult to get ahead with were probably Threefinger and Kumpal. I don't know how KL and Azathmaster decided to play them, but I would have ignored trying to gain the titles and let my other faction members (hopefully) get them, whilst concentrating on upgrades.

In the previous game, I was an Orphan of the Desert - an assassin, but with absolutely nothing and no way of gaining anything. I had no resources, no money, just one rusty dagger - which I had resolved to sell on the market anyway ^_^ So becoming a trader in the House of Luxury was a much more comfortable role compared to that, but I would still say, aside from the two mentioned above, it was one of the most difficult to gain a title with (certainly, I had to sacrifice personal upgrades to do it, the only thing I managed to build was another well).

Honestly, I am okay with spreading out the titles, if you think you need one over another you can have that.

Yeah, that may have been me... You had lots of money. The Dice were sort of in keeping with my character but I fucked up the first time I used them because I didn't read properly. Kinda my theme for the game, I think :D

ansible I knew you'd be on my team!!!!!! ^_^

Did he contact you through the lover ability I sold? I also sold the Gemstudded armour ;-)

I absolutely love all the roles Tapper, it's amazing how much variety you've got in there and yet still keeping balanced. At first glance, the mages look ridiculously over-powered, but when you consider how many resources they need to use those abilities, then that doesn't seem the case.

The one thing I would say is the extra money thing for a couple of players seemed a little over the top and open to abuse (I'm looking at you, ST and twelve!). 3000 and 4000 dinari each time....I wouldn't get rid of that entirely, but maybe smaller amounts?

Finally - Venge as the Dreadfather....could anything be more fitting? ^_^

Yes. He found out who I was through the only contract on me which I myself didn't manage to buy (lucky he did!), and then bought your charm to contact me. I had bought his faction info previously so needless to say I was a little wary at first of talking to an assassin :D But I think we managed to form a really good partnership, and even set up all sorts of codes to carry on communicating after our connection finished.

And I bought that Gemstudded Armour (which again immediately bankrupted me) - finally some protection was my line of thinking :p

Lynching would have been the better way for the none HoA players. If I or any other was lynched who had a title that title goes back up for sale meaning we wouldn't have had as many titles or won this early on in the game

There were 2 reasons why I never even voted, let along seriously considered lynching anyone.

1) The reason you mention above, there seemed more risk for HoA to do it.

2) I gained money based on the number of people alive, so I wanted everyone to live, even my enemies ^_^

By the way Kesso, Korlat targetted you for assassination last night - how come he didn't kill you? ^_^

I feel I owe Tapper a big apology - I should have done what HD did and stayed out of this one. I didn't have the time to give my character any chance whatsoever. It wasn't until day 2 that I even had the idea to sell my abilities on the bazaar.

Sorry to my allies as well.

My first thought was to try and produce and sell, but after I got robbed (and then saw my information for sale) I figured my only chance was to build and maybe help teammates with my ability so I gave up on making money entirely.

Basically, I had no strategy and was only reacting to stuff half-assedly because I only had a rudimentary understanding of what was going on.

Next time I will only play Tap's game if I have time to dedicate to it.
