I also was getting a scum vibe from Rashan but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. This could explain those thoughts I was entertaining. I just thought with the whole tyrant steve similarity from the hamlet and the show down between Rashan and Fener in that game I thought I was reading more into it than it was. Now I'm not so sure.
