Great One, this impudent maggot insults your magnificence! He must be punished!

Mighty one! I have this most rare and precious bag of skittles for you! Their many colors are but pale pebbles beside your resplendent scales!

What is this!? This man is trying to poison our glorious leader with these offensively colored fare. Seize him!

EDIT: Cross post with my emperor. It appears I am not acting in accordance with his wishes :p.

Karosis is merely jealous that he hast not gifted you with such a magnificent gift as I have!

Now I want skittles. Or rainbows. I have neither.

Greetings most exalted emperor.

Steve? No, Silanah is Go-Kashiwabara, our Emperor.

I highly doubt my fellow Ministers would be so ignorant as all previous posters seem. Too many to vote now, I will sulk in my own despair.

What manner of recruiter will attempt to bribe us, I wonder. Certainly nothing civil so far.

It looks like two people firing lasers out of their asses at a discombobulated garden gnome.

Quickly, we must steal his technology!

Oh, and my Emperor, you command my respect, thus my deep bow before you. Still you lead us, if in name only. I trust you are doing something to deal with the supposed betrayals within your court?

my fellow minster karosis seems quite eager to vote and sow discord amongst the Court. Most curious.

Several people have asked me about the "cultural specialities".

It's just some color added to the role PMs, since everyone at this time was expected to be well versed in some aspect of the arts (samurai included). The imperial Kuge were especially known for their poetry and calligraphy, and it's also historically accurate that they were so poor that they had to sell them (and teach their knowledge).

Carry on. :p
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

I, for one, consider it interesting that there may be more than one lowly briber. A single entity taking advantage of our temporary lack of funds does not surprise me, but multiple? Perhaps we will be able to play them against each other.

And being dirt poor I only have this bit of poetry to offer our liege written in calligraphy no less. (Yes I'm an overacheiver)

How low have we sunk to fall into the depths of despair and self pity when I turn my back for one moment?
