GG hosokawa.
Getting recruited away from you sucked, was pretty certain I'd lost after that.

I almost had a heart attack when you first revealed me as recruiter, since my PM said that you were the "fellow minister" who recruited me,

granted, by this point I already had a siilar experience of JLV trying the exact same thing. I actually called you a copycat in spoilers, but it didn't make it to heaven,

Hehe, I pretty much chose you at random, because you seemed like someone there wouldn't be much impetus on, making it more likely I'd get called on redirecting.

if you just went straight for Gavin, i'd probably have followed. the double-reveal just killed it.

I'm guessing I was right about the chain-linking? who else figured that out?

Chain linking? I havent' read spoilers yet, but if that is you got the last name of the recruit as the your recruiter then I considered it after D'riss wasn't the recruiter and then Tellan came out about me as thought he got my name as recruiter and was recruited after me.

Doh! It was in the recruitment PM you got! Well ok I never spotted it there.
I dont' understand why you didn't just go straight after me Grief? I always had my reveal anyway which was going to throw doubt on it I guess but still, that didn't make a lot of sense the way you did it.
But well done my team! Third Tennes for Man of the Match, I'm guessing he was the actual recruiter and Okaros was his first recruit then? He was like a pit bull once he latched onto someone as well with his cases.

yep, Tennes played well. he did do some scummy things, but he made enough sense for me to ignore him.
and he saved me from the shipwreck that was Ouchi (no offence, KL, you played great. it's just that Khell and (mostly) JLV) did their best to implode your carefully crafted house of cards.)

Good thing we have some simple games coming up!
Oh wait... we have Tapper's mini... which has it's own economic system.
Then we have my monstrosity.

I thought JLV was putting on the show of a lifetime when he named me as his recruiter. Damn, I almost believed it and voted for myself.

Bliss, I owe you double-rep for that "fucktard" post. it was pure brilliance in terms of how to dismiss flimsy cases.

The Emperor was impressed. The stage had been set, and he had been looking forward to seeing a Noh performance by a warrior. He went into the performance believing that no one of a martial persuasion could possibly have the necessary sensitivity to make Noh beautiful, but he had been wrong. The performance had been masterful. The samurai had moved with a stately grace and with such poise, Go-Kashiwabara had been greatly moved himself.
The performance had been masterful in another sense as well. In Noh, as with many of the arts, there is a pattern. Jo, Ha, Kyu, Zanshin, or in other words "slow, speed up, fast" and then a moment of presence, leaving behind the heart". In the role of Okina, Hosokawa Sumiyaki's fan showed this pattern with a subtle depth that was noticed by only a few. As Hosokawa raised his fan, time and time again, his subtle pattern spoke volumes to those who had accepted his money. The Minister of the Center. The Imperial Household's Major and Minor Counselor. And none other than Fujiwara no Fuyuyoshi, the Minister of the Right himself now stood on the promises of the Hosokawa.
During the zanshin of Hosokawa's performance, they saw their own hearts left behind. They now bowed to a different master, while their Emperor smiled and happily enjoyed a performance. A performance like one he had never thought he would see...
Congratulations to the Hosokawa Group, who have won the game.
Okaros (Starling), Mockra (Gavin), Barghast (Mentalist), Omtose (Bubba)
AND Tattersail as
Hosokawa Sumiyuki, (Tennes)

Yes!!
Well done guys!
Commiserations to Tellan I didn't know you'd been stolen from me and I thought your play towards Mockra was helping my case on Gamelon. I was certain Gaemlon was the other recruiter as I tried to recruit him once Kalse had passed away. Same with Barghy, I tried to recruit you and failed but tried again and succeeded

I am pumped!!

Tatts, you horse's ass, stop playing so well
HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.
