It is Day 4.
16 players are left alive:
Atrahal, Barghast, D'riss, Gamelon, Kalse, Korvalain, Mockra, Okaros, Olar Ethil,Omtose, Rashan, Ruse Serc, Silanah, Tellan, Tennes
9 votes to lynch, 8 to go to night.
9 votes Atrahal: Rashan, Omtose, Tellan, Mockra, Serc, D'riss, Gamelon, Okaros, Silanah
1 vote D'riss: Ruse
1 vote Gamelon: Kalse
1 vote Tennes: Barghast
5 votes Omtose: Okaros, Ruse, Atrahal, Tennes, Olar Ethil
Players not voting: Korvalain,
First they flocked to one minister, peering at him with intensity. But they weren't fully convinced of his guilt. Then, as one of them said, "I think it's him", they wheeled about and attacked the Master of Ceremonies instead. They pushed him over, and heard an odd clinking sound in his sleeves. They lifted him up, hefted his sleeves and cried "He hasn't sold a painting in months! Why are his sleeves weighed down as if by boulders?!"
The knocked his ceremonial hat off of his head and with no further protest forthcoming they pushed him down the dried-up well in the forecourt.
Atrahal (K0rbas) is dead. He was Jibu, Master of Ceremonies and a Bribed Minister of the Ouchi group

I'm here.
I included Korv's vote in one vote count, but it disappeared from the next for whatever reason.
They all sat, or lounged in the case of some, in the great tatami room for the State dinner. Delicate course after delicate course was served. Delicate because of highly refined sensibilities, or delicate for lack of funds, no one would have admitted to even under torture.
Halfway through the meal, several of the members felt their tummies rumble ominously, and they started from their places. Their uncomfortable bellies erupted with statements like "HE TOOK BRIBES!" "NO YOU!" and "HOW CAN I DEFEND MYSELF FROM YOUR INDIGESTION?"
"But what…" said one of them who was still sitting quietly, "of our formerly disgraced member."
"Who now graces the well." Another tittered behind his fan.
"I think we all know who is most likely to have been connected to HIM."
"And who better to be taking bribes than the Minister of the Treasury?"
It was unclear who produced the small white packet of poison which fell to the table with a small 'paff', but they all watched as Okura took the draught with exaggerated dignity, marred obviously and deliberately by some well-saved and long-contained flatulence, released oddiferously to offend their senses.

Not that I expect you guys to believe me at this point, but there was at least 1 recruit attempt on me last night. (possibly more) So at least one recruiter got a nasty surprise when he found his recruit to fail. I might have forgot to mention I had a 1 night immunity to recruitment because of my dedication to Go-Kashiwabara.
I imagine it was Shin's way of keeping towns power role safe from an early recruitment.
So screw you recruiter guy. Suck it.
Depending on which faction ( or multiple?) tried for me last night, they are now behind in the recruitment race. We really need to hit a recruiter tonight, if we don't I don't see town having much of a chance winning this game.
Also, I healed Serc last night. If he was town yesterday, he is town today.

Also, based on that. I am pretty confident that Okaros is the Ouchi cult leader. I am not sure if thats the best course of action to pursue though.

The chances of having another unrecruitable town role other than Sil, aren't that good. Are they?
Don't worry about me D'riss. I'm handling it.

Okay the fact that Ruse came up as being on the same team as Atrahal leads me to conclude that Barghast isn't either of their recruiters. So the only thing that makes any sense to me would be to
Vote Okaros
If he isn't a recruiter then I truly suck at this game and his recruiter should be MoM for gathering allies while making sure they couldn't be tied to back to him.
Okay, Okay we all know I suck anyway but give a guy a break for trying to delude himself.

Wait, Korv, do you think he's the guy who recruited Atrahal and Ruse?
because if I understood Kalse correctly, that's not the person we are looking for right now.

From what I can tell it has to be Okaros. He's been quiet enough to be a lay low recruiter plus he fell into my group of possible suspects from a few days ago. I'm bound and determined to weed through them until I find the bastard.

Yes. From my inital list it's either you or Okaros right now. And since you had such a hardon for lynching Ruse you can't be the person who recruited both Atrahal and Ruse so that leaves Okaros as my last suspect as the recruiter.
If he isn't the recruiter then I have royally fucked up my analysis and mucho props to whoever their recruiter is.

See, this is a tricky situation. We have good information on one cult, but that cult is already a bit weakened. Is it best to ignore the information and look for other scum who are potentially more powerful at this stage but with lower chance of actually hitting them, or to hit the more likely scum at the risk of letting the others get stronger?
Personally, I lean towards following up the leads we have. I think we've a fairly good chance of hitting Ruse and Atrahals recruiter with the lynch info we have, and I think that'd be more beneficial in the long term since it means fewer people being recruited away from town.

Whilst I'm generally rubbish at the game, I do believe I have neough sense not to start an all-out attack on my own recruit. Especially since it nearly got me lynched in the process.
I'm still uneasy about Gamelon, tbh. both you and Kalse dropped him from your analysis of Atrahal after that rather flippant remark, and he wasn't exactly eager to go after Ruse.
though, to his merit, he wasn't eager to back up ruse by voting me either.

Seems likely. I agree on following our leads. We haven't accomplished anything major until we get a recruiter, so we should continue pursuing the one who's tail we are on. That sentence is all fucked up, but fucking fuck it.
My guess on the current recruiter is Okaros. My guess on the other recruiter(s)? are Tellan and Barghast, possibly. Tellan moreso than Barghast.
