But holy fuckballs. 200k in student debt? That is fucking insane, criminally so when you consider what the bank bail out cost

Law school is expensive. Like I said: 50k is a drop in the bucket for me.

Also: What a bunch of fucktards. Hopefully they aren't realizing prison is likely and don't go out in a blaze of glory.

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Apparently, the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms officials said they had been teargassed by protesters...seriously? What the actual fuck?

I put that Red October clip in as an attempt to just be a little light-hearted. But holy fuck!
Screw you all, and have a nice day!

A woman was just brought out of the Capitol on a stretcher, covered in blood, and they were doing chest compressions, she looked dead.

'Pro-Trump protesters stormed Speaker Nancy Pelosi's august suite of offices, flipping over tables and pulling photos off the walls.

In the basement "crypt" of the Capitol, hundreds of Trump supporters shouted "U-S-A, U-S-A," creating a roar in the building. Shattered windows left glass scattered on wet floors.'

New limits ought to be placed on presidential pardons....

I know its all well and good to shit on America, but a failed state or true 3rd world country would dissappear these people and airwaves would be shut down.

To prove America is better than those states, there needs to be accountability for this.

And by that I mean the wankers at the top who have spent a month creating this shit storm

FTFY. And I mean Trump and his enablers, including the GOP and Fox News.

They must be pissing themselves laughing in Moscow, Pyongyang, Beijing, Tehran et al.

A few years ago, I honestly would have expected scenes like this in all those places before Washington.

Well done RWNJs, this is what you wanted. And I'll bet they're all congratulating themselves over it, having "saved democracy" or some such insane drivel.

I agree with the comment that if this had been a BLM march the tear gas and batons (at least!) would have been deployed ages ago.

Always been curious, how seriously do police pursue people in protests like this to lay charges. We have the tech to track them all down. I mean this is no joke

It'll be funny to see how many of these buffoons incriminate themselves by posting evidence on social media.
