If Biden wins I count on the Justice system doing just that, over and over again over the next 4 years.
If there's not a democratic reckoning, a complete tear down and follow up on every crime and corruption that administration comitted, then America will never get better.
Biden better not do some Garfield bullshit.

Biden, at least, will NOT pardon Trump.
Beyond that, federal prosecutors are theoretically independent.
Biden couldn't even pardon him for state crimes.
I have hope, even though everyone's acting like he's going to get off scot free.

Welp if things continue as they are, Biden should pass trump in PA today.
AZ is a toss-up at this point, and who the hell knows what is going on in Nevada. I think they update at 9pm tonight?
Meanwhile Georgia is down to the wire.

Nevada should be reporting all day long, so it might be called today if there are no signs of Trump having a chance there and the number of outstanding votes dwindles.
Biden might overtake Trump in PA today, but there's a big chunk of votes we won't get until tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is their federally-mandated counting deadline.
Biden might also overtake Trump in GA today as they continue to report, but it will be so close that a recount is inevitable. Provisionals and military ballots will be relevant there.
Trump might overtake Biden in AZ today, but it's considered unlikely, and either way, that won't happen until later tonight, if so. We're not expecting them to update again until tonight.

A lot of news orgs are going to be calling NV today. But Fox and AP can't, because they prematurely called AZ, and NV would give Biden 270. I would not be surprised to see everyone except Fox and AP call NV by the end of the day. Most of the outstanding vote in red counties has been reported; we're just waiting on mail vote in Clark, where Las Vegas is. Very blue. NV could be called safely right now.

Is Fox News actually still confident in their Arizona call or just too embarrassed to un call it unless they absolute have to.

They insist they are confident in it. tbh Biden is likely to be the winner there, but most other orgs think there is enough uncertainty that they shouldn't have called it so early.

Really, the most disturbing thing about this election is not that it's so close, but that it's even close at all. You have a perfectly boring challenger to one of the most corrupt Presidents in history (Trump is basically the Warren G. Harding of the 21st century... but without the marginally competent staff) and nearly 50% of the US still casts votes for the racist, crypto-fascist, grifter. Terrifying.
Yes.
This is America. Don't catch you slippin' now.

Indeed: Know thyself.
You can't fix what you don't recognize as a problem. Lots of people like to pretend This isn't America. But you got caught slippin' now.
Going to be a long, hard, and brutal fight to fix the perspective of so many people who think they have it as good as it can get. They think we are trying to ruin America, and I guess if you think everything is hunky-dory WHY would you want change?
A lot of the country's collective head is buried in the sand and I'm unsure of what it will take to wake it up.
Edit: But I think a lot of people pick up on this and just haven't been able to recognize it yet. There's a reason why there is a gut reaction by so many people to INSIST that America is the best. As if they have something to prove. It reminds me of someone I know who has been in the news a lot the last couple of days who likes to project his issues on to everyone else.

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

So it sounds like the Georgia Senate races that have gone to Jan. runoffs, and they will now decide whether the Dems get a Majority in the Senate or not? Is that right?

We're not 100% certain that Perdue-Ossoff will go to a runoff, but it's looking pretty likely. It will come down to the wire, for sure.
