Given the way Trump's behaving now, we might be in the unfortunate position of watching a sitting US President have a breakdown. Which is very disturbing indeed. If he does actually lose, I would bet a lot on the GOP turning on him in a big way, and doing their level best to disabuse everyone of the idea that they spent 4 years fawning over him and his every whim.

If he carries on the way he is, and he's probably only going to get worse as the situation looks more dire for him, they will want to distance themselves from him in a big way.

I could only see the GOP turning on Trump if it had been huge blowout. Say, if the polling error had been in the opposite direction, Biden carried Florida and Texas, and Democrats took the senate prior to Georgia run-offs.

I'm not seeing the same numbers you all are posting. Georgia looks pretty much done with Trump still up 2,000+ votes.... Pennsylvania is edging closer and closer to 99% with Trump still up ~50,000.

I don't know. I don't think it's going to happen. It'd be too un-2020 like.

Georgia has been @ 99% all day though, lol.

around mid-day they had 81 K votes still to count, I think?

The Arizona numbers were getting smaller though. down to 46k.

No movement at all on NC numbers. Not that I'm expecting a flip there, but what is up with that?

NC is accepting mailed ballots that arrive up to November 12th, as long as they are postmarked election day or earlier. Sounds like they might not be counting/announcing those results before the 12th.

Sounds like Clayton County’s 4200 remaining votes will likely put Biden in the lead for GA before midnight.

Yep, could be any minute now. And Trump's lead in PA is down to 26k thanks to a few Philly drops (with many more to come).

Philly is pretty much sealed at this point. Projections are Biden will win by minimum 100k.

Georgia will stay tight, but it’s looking good.

Nevada are the slowest counters ever.

'All remaining 4,200 uncounted mail-in ballots and provisional ballots cast in Clayton County, Georgia, will most likely be released by midnight, the director of the county's board of elections, Shauna Dozier, told CNN tonight.

Dozier said to expect results posted on the county's website roughly every 30 minutes until midnight.'

x = (1+1775/4200)/2 = 0.7113 = 71.113%

'Philadelphia police are investigating an alleged plot to attack the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia on Thursday night.

Action News has learned that police got a tip about a group, possibly a family, driving up from Virginia in a Hummer to unleash an attack at the Convention Center where votes are being counted in Philadelphia.

Action News was there as a man was taken into custody. [...]

Police say they recovered a weapon and believe they recovered the Hummer they received a tip about.'

[Edit: 'weapon' was a gun, according to the newscast.]

Apparently the person who updates the Clayton County website went to bed before the votes were uploaded.

PA is going to straggle in all night, probably. AZ and NV should do a drop around 9am their time, or 11am ET. We may see Biden pass Trump in PA and GA before then.

Biden has pulled ahead in Georgia by 900 odd votes. Surely he won't be up a substantial enough lead for it not to be challenged? So all eyes back to PA and Nevada?

Yeah, they were never going to use GA to call the presidency for Biden on the networks. It's too close; it was never going to be anything but close.

Since Fox has already called Arizona for Biden, and that call is looking safer and safer as time goes on, I would not be surprised to see Fox call the election for Biden as soon as Clark County reports in Nevada this morning (at about 11am ET, or 3.5 hours from now). AZ will be reporting a big batch of votes around the same time, so that should clarify whether the AZ call is still safe. AZ+NV=270 for Biden.

Biden will probably surpass Trump in PA before then, and PA alone would be enough to put Biden over the top for the presidency, but the networks would probably rather wait for a big lead in PA before calling it and use safer states to call it, and since Fox already called AZ (slightly controversial), they have little to lose by calling NV, which could have already been called since most of the outstanding vote is from Clark, a very blue county (home of Las Vegas). Nate Silver was wondering last night why no one was calling it after it was clarified that most of the remaining vote was in Clark. NV is done. But, it will be officially done in a few hours.

I just woke up! Slept good the night before too since I knew it wouldn’t be called at night.

It will be over today. I’m excited. After Biden wins, I will go back to being underwhelmed.

Not Lindsey Graham! He was on Fox last night calling for an illegal coup of the PA electors (the people who actually certify the election for the Electoral College).
