It is an interesting case study. So many people ask how it is possible that there were all these people in 1930-ies Germany who did not agree with some of Hitler's more excessive deeds yet nobody did anything. It is like some sort of mass apathy or unwillingness to get involved, only now the excuse of "wir haben es nicht gewusst" doesn't even hold up anymore. History is cyclic, it is just the locations and the players that change.

Integration won't happen, until someone's willing to pay for it.

Look at how long it took to "integrate" Eastern Germany. And this is gonna be much worse.

You are gonna have millions of people whose worldview will be shattered, once they realize everything they belienved their whole lives was a lie. They starved to death, etc... because of a lie.

You will have millions of people with (basically) PTSD. Who's going to pay to treat them?
