He's not wrong though. Methane from the insane amount of cattle farming on the planet was the lions share of Jane Goodall's message in the back half of her life. But the US is 4th in the world on that front, Brazils' cattle industry is responsible for 21% of the worlds methane, India is a close second for methane (Dairy farms there obviously), and China and the US are third and fourth respectively.

I'm a fan of getting lab grown meat to be viable when expanded and extrapolated for the masses. We're not there yet, but I'll be happy when we are.
