QT - what did you think of the big reveal in this past Sunday's episode? I was in AWE! I had NOT figured that out yet!

Oh I think I kind of knew that Peter was going to turn out to be someone in Rump's past...but I don't think I was expecting that. Quite the twist!

Well yes, I had definitely figured out that Peter was going to be important to Rumple. I mean, they made so many offhand comments about Rumple going to Wonderland when he was young, and even Rumple's dad somehow being involved with Peter Pan that it would have been ridiculous not to tie it together, but the way they tied it together was beautiful.
Anyway, Henry's been very disappointing this season. Kid used to be smart, and now he's just falling for the dumbest shit.

Yeah BK, I agree. BTW, did you see that they made the Star Wars universe one of the dimensions able to be visited through the portals? It was on OUAT:In Wonderland when they were looking for a punishment for Alice...and one of them was The Saarlac Pit! Makes sense since Disney owns Star Wars now.

This season has spent about 50% of the time wandering, 25% with revelations (only 10% of which were any good), and the final 25%?

Just watched this last night, and I actually enjoy the complications this may add to the show...
I'm thinking that this will be a way to pull Aurora and Mulan and Robin Hood back into the story - I bet at least someone over in the the Enchanted Forest is gonna be important for breaking the curse 2.0.
There's also a couple of loose ends I'm sure will have something to do with it all - like, for example, Rumple's shadow still has the knife hidden somewhere. Tinkerbell has the pixie dust, and still needs to start believing in herself, so that's going to be important too, I bet - specially given that Robin Hood is supposed to be Regina's True Love. I am trying to think if we know of any other characters who are currently outside Storybrooke, but I think there's only Pinocchio, who's now just made of wood anyway, right? How bout that Dragon guy in China? Think maybe he's Mulan's dragon or something along those lines?
Also, aside from killing her, I feel like Pan had a reason to have his Shadow steal the Blue Fairy's shadow - though I think that's just going to be a complication the 'heroes' will have to deal with later. And finally, there's still the "boy will be your undoing" prophecy, which I bet means Pan as Henry is going to kill Rumple, which will distract him enough for the rest of the gang to take him out. Anyway, I'm excited to see where they go, and if they actually answer all my questions!
About the only thing that really bugged me about the episode was the fact that Pan as Henry didn't have his accent anymore, and that Henry as Pan DID. What's up with that? Accents aren't decided by anything having to do with your body, they're from how you were raised to speak!

I haven't watched this show but I would just like to interject that if you read up on Peter Pan as he originally appeared in the books, he's pretty scary. Amongst other things it is implied that when there are too many "Lost boys" he kills some of them to thin the herd. He will also at random switch sides in a battle and start fighting his own if thinks the odds are unfair.
In many ways he reminds me of The Joker from the Batman comics.

Yeah, when you read PETER AND WENDY, both Pan and Hook come off as dicks.
Hook for being a jerky grown up (also the kids father)
And Pan for being too childish and wanting life to stagnate.
I'm never sure if Barrie intended that to come across or not...but I felt that it did when I read the book as an adult. Maybe I'm just jaded though.
