That's your big theory?

My theory was about your "scum" slip, little one. The rest was added on to defend my position. Now go get daddy a beer. There you go, that's a good lad.

Maybe the sorrit case gave you the wrong impression but we usually try to make cases based on something stronger than their particular phrasing.

We have a town faction. At this stage the game resembles a town vs. scum situation more strongly than a faction game.

Theoretically, we would much rather hit FBI than outfit.

In practical terms, this isn't much of an option. How do you suggest we go about identifying players who are FBI but not those who are outfit, when our main way of looking for either is looking for non town behaviour? The only way really is if they are found via direct connection with players whose CFs are known, as I mention in my other reply.

What? But, you said...a minute ago that....scum....and now...rather one than the other...and ....that's just....my head hurts now. I want you to be lynched. I very badly want to lynch you. I can't but I so really want to.

We aren't? Huh. All along I thought we were looking for 2 factions. With multiple people on the lynch train of the FBI, I assumed that this meant that they (we) would be looking for the same thing once again. Well then, shows what I know about faction games. Oh wait, I may not be mistaken after all, I am pretty sure the term Culture hunt was said. And that would mean that in fact we are looking for team 1a (FBI) and not 1b (Mob). and we (team 2) are trying to take out the bastards and hopefully we (team 2) live longer to gain a numerical advantage on team 1a and become a part of team 1b.

Great now I am confused. could someone tell me if I am an idiot? Wait, forget I even asked.

Ah, nice to have a refreshing shower. Well this is funny Tennes considering how much emphasis you put on trying to get people to talk for the sake of looking for clues and all. Do you actually have a strategy, or do you just like trying to pick apart other's ideas, poorly.

Well, we now have 9 votes on Kalse. We just need a hammer now. And a PS for that matter.

As to Tennes accusations, I don't know why I bother really, I have already explained why I am going for Kalse (gave two reasons initially iirc). I hate to have to keep repeating myself, so if someone other than you want the skinny, just ask and I will quote myself with commentary. Otherwise, can't you just shut the fuck up. You are giving me a headache worse than all these names starting with the same letter.

I can't keep my eyes open anymore. So exhausted. I wanted to see the end of this, but it seems clear Kalse will be lynched.

Be back tomorrow.

That is true, but we shouldn't be working alone. We should be trying to get as many town onto the correct side as possible. There is an advantage in numbers, time-wise atleast.

Um, I agree with this. In fact, I am pretty sure its what I was saying, and why I think scummy mcscummerson is FBI. He wants to hunt non town and not just team 1a (or was it 1b.) Dammit!!! ;).

I've been saying from the get-go that people playing for themselves rather than trying to work as a faction is detrimental to town.

If you can suggest a way for us to hunt that will only turn up FBI rather than both FBI and outfit, I'm all ears.

There there, it's ok. If he isn't night killed, I will be totally be behind lynching the bastard on principle alone. I just wish I could confirm whether he was an idiot townie or an idiot with a role.

Not gonna turn this into a pissing match but...bullshit. All I can go on is what I read. How you phrase things puts those things into context. You are bad at phrasing things so I see that you may have something to hide. For example team 1...no bad examle, I don't want to make my head hurt again...Ok, heres this...If I lay a vote and say "If I don't die tonight, blah blah blah.

My phrasing could get me lynched because town (in a true scum vs town game) wouldn't be so worried about that.

Or if I say (in a faction game) that I am hunting scum, my phrasing could be used to build a credible case, based on the information available against me in the thread. So -NYA!!!

If you're going to use words like poorly, explain why. Just claiming something is poor doesn't make it so.

You have explained why you don't like Kalse, the FM reason (which you later decided against), and the fact that he's a low poster. You haven't explained your thoughts on well, nearly everyone else, so what I'd like to know is more along the lines of "Why kalse rather than the several other low posters?"

Giving your thoughts on one person is not particularly impressive. Especially for someone complaining that other people weren't providing enough content.

Ok, it's 11 PM. I give up for now. It looks like from the prior posts we will have more activity around 4-5 AM. I will definitely be back before the end of the day, but I really hope I wake up to a resolution of this day. Goodnight all.

And Telas, since you're here, care to elaborate on those "pings." You critiqued several theories as weak and unsubstantiated, but did not give us anything to go off of. Tearing apart cases is a lot easier than trying to reason through building one.

back from work.
gonna go look up "cantankerous" in the dictionary, brb

Alright, the zero content plus the inaccuracy with the FM mechanics when it is pretty plain as day in the OP:

Vote Kalse

If something better comes along I'm not unwilling to switch.

I'd love for Kalse to come defend himself, before I vote.

But if you insist on lurking, that won't save you.

I was at work, btw. I work evening shifts with no nets.

anyhow, the case on me is crap, not much I can do to defend.
I won't be voting Tennes, because he's town. need to find another viable alternative,I suppose. this warrants some looking into

Zero content in very few posts might just be extremely bored town. Wouldn't be the first time that has happened.

I'd lynch just about anybody right now. I'd prefer it be FBI as they are down two already, but any roled player is fine by me.

then you should look elsewhere

Got any suspicions of who may be roled? Might as well get them out there.

oh, you mother F%^&ers. you leave 10 minutes before I get home. ;)

so, for all those who might wake up in time to jump on a train: you are, in fact, wasting your time. there's far too many people either lying lown, or hiding in plain sight.
I suppose if I had to pick someone i'd like to lynch right now, I'd go with a hunch.

vote Tiam

because Tiam was an active nonentity on Day 1, ansuring that he stayed out of the lynching spotlight, and has gone completely silent since.

not much, but since you're gonna likely gonna waste your time trying to lunch me, it's all I got for now.

Karosis: this should answer your question.

also, I should probably point out that FMs can ONLY kill people of the opposite faction. so I don't get those who scaremonger about FMs while claiming to be town. just saying, you may want to look into that.
