I updated the rules in the OP for our discussion to date.

Don't worry about alternation, I'm sure somebody in the other timezones will pick up the torch. I'm not concerned with finishing quickly but if nobody seems interested, I'm happy to switch things so you two can alternate while leaving the door open to another contributor if one happens by.

Sry Bauchelain. I must give it to Obdigore. Rule is you must wait 2 moves by other players before you may control a move again. Dolmen was one, Obdigore is 2. You can post the next if you like.

I think BTE's bishop move was stronger than the pawn advance, as we really don't want to exchange bishop for knight and end up with doubled pawns on the F file.

The game so far:

1. b3 g6
2. Bb2 Nf6
3. e3 d5
4. Bd4 c6
5. g3

I suggest 5. ... Bg7
