I'm still trying to see what exactly CF's plan was.
after c2-D3, i'd like to play QC5, and then try to park the light squared bishop on f3

also, another rules clarification question:
should CF at some point play f2-f4, are we allowed to retaliate with e4:f3?

@mentalist: en passsant is a standard chess rule and i think this was explained so i'd assume its allowed...
In the occasion of c2-d3 i think Qd3 is a better move. Whether thats before or after Bc8-g4 is the crux of the matter. An end game in that scenario seems...simpler.

Sry about taking so long. The last couple of evenings have been very drunken. I never knew remembering a lost buddy could involve quite so much beer and quite so many hash joints. You guys are likely to win by default here...my brain is fucked.

Bishop C8-G4+ seems the logical move. Check.
That will force CF's king to F1 (sole option) and develops our second bishop (who we can then use to haunt his back line) as well as defending our potential move G6xh5 without his rook ambling over and taking our pawn.
Alternatively, Queen A3-B2. We'll offer to trade queens and we maintain a massive, massive quality advantage as well as we can take his queen by moving our knight at d3, who is then safe.
If he doesn't take the bait and moves his queen away, we do Qb2 x a1 for added value. Since this is a suggestion to trade queens and some may well be against losing ours, I will not make that move, but by lining the one up after the other, the king on F1 will also break the mutually reinforcing line of his two rooks, which is even more to our advantage, especially once his queen has gone.
CF may be looking to play Knight B5-C7, so best get our c8 bishop out to offer the a8 rook all the movement it wishes.

The game so far:
1. b3 g6
2. Bb2 Nf6
3. e3 d5
4. Bd4 c6
5. g3 Bg7
6. Bd3 O-O
7. Be5 Nd7
8. Nf3 Nc5
9. Bxf6 Bxf6
10. Nd4 Qa5
11. h4 e5
12. b4 Qxb4
13. h5 Qb2
14. Nc3 e5
15. Qb1!? Qa3
16. Nc3b5 c6xb5
17. Nxb5 Nxd3+!
18. Ke2 Bg4+
19. Kf1
We're in a pretty strong position, and have a distinct material advantage. I'd be surprised if CF didn't resign fairly soon. (CF, if you think there's no way out, you don't have to play to the bitter end: just resign. But if you think you've got a decent defence, by all means carry on.)
Ra8c8 is an option fairly soon, threatening Rc1+ and a hideous exchange of material if CF takes our knight on d3. To support that, either Qb2 or Qc5, of which I prefer the latter as our next move.

@UoW....I realize I am doing poorly. I won't drag it to the bitter end and bore you all to death but I would like to take a few more moves if that's cool.
Just see what I can do with what remains. It's a good learning experience going through the discussion too.
so my move

i'd suggest to whomever moves next to follow up with queen takes pawn, and then switch over to kingside to put pressure on the f file.
