Cel.. like the hand painted ones from the studio...there tough to find.

Bebop was hand painted for key frames and filmed.i believe it employed some cgi, but it was old school

And yeah I didn't care for it overall because it went into the realms of JoJo level outsmarting the outsmarter, and this isn't JoJo, so it sat wrong with me,

after singing Danmachis praises earlier, I am not disappointed in season 2. So far it lacks what made me enjoy the first season and find it so fun. The one action episode so far was actually quite lame and ridiculous and the story otherwise seems to be kinda slow so far.

Out of boredom i decided to binge gate. Don't ask me why as im still not caught up on vinland saga (in a twist of irony, a day or two after i torrent it to my comp, it becomes available on twitch prime canada, go figure!).

I got maybe 4-5 episodes to go. The show is entertaining, and rory mercury is a total bae. But i totally see why everyone was complaining about how this is basically JSDF propaganda.

You're telling me a country encounters another, has a MASSIVE technological advantage, and proceeds to try and politik and get a peace treaty signed? Versus just making an example of the enemy and subjugating it's people? (espcially since in ep1 this roman empire stand in pretty much delcared war on japan) This is very much a fantasy anime alright.
