I shall do it later but the events go:
Nimander is drugged by Gothos
Stumbles into portal way and finds giant
talks to giant and realises what Gothos is doing i.e. stealing the Azath when hes finishing them
Nimander offers to push in the last block
Giant consistently tries to stop Nimander as hell be trapped forever in there
Builder finishes, again tries to convince Nimander to get inside the house and leave the builder there
Nimander refuses pushes in the block (loses his fingernails here which is what you remember)and house with builder inside vanishes
Nimander starts falling into the mix of Tiste souls
Desra somehow battles through and takes Nimander back to Wu
Gothos is angry saying something like 'now whose going to build them!' referring to the builder who has escaped
Nimander and Co leaves the Azath grounds

the mortal body created by the ravens was destroyed/killed by C to release his soul/power back to his followers in the jade strangers so that the jades would reverse their descent towards the planet and return to their own realm. It isn't even explained how the jades will go back to that realm, it is something you have to assume is possible I guess.

Thanks for the answer, that sums it ups nicely.

However, I was trying for a really bad pun... being too bored at work and all. Sorry!

I hates me some Kallor. I had hoped to see him meet a terrible death. What happened to him? As far as I can tell we only saw him in TCG in that flashback scene with the Tiste Lioses.

Kallor will 90% feature in ICE's Blood of Bone or whatever it was.
The most glaring absence from TCG is of course Gothos.
This is simply completely unforgivable.

I wasn't expecting him, but Greyfrog was my most missed too.

Greyfrog would have messed up the FA, him and Hood...Can you imagine....CAN YOU IMAGINE just send the two of them into Kolanse, nuff said, all the marines could have lived happily off of banaschars back pay and we coul dhave had like 1000 pages of Greyfrog pissing off hood and then both of them wasting the continent....I feel fan fiction coming on...oh the temptation....

True, to be honest Erikson could have made TCG about 4 books long to tie in all the multiple things yet to happen....but for all this we cant really moan can we? I hope ICE makes Blood and Bone a good read, so much to happen, so much to do, The Crimson Guard coming in again should be great to finish off the Blessed Lady Crippled God fragment...plus I want to see Iron Bars Crap on some evil unavowed before being put in his place by a mad seguleh second wasting skinner....seriously Skinners stupid, he only stopped Dassem because of some ninja Godmode armour...which to be honest makes his prowess a bit boring, where's the risk eh....well true the 2nd is dead so cant. really. die....but hell....i wants more of him....

I got a bit confused by that, but I think its the case that, the souls of all the CG's worshippers are drawn to him, their sould only right...so when his reformed body is killed, properly killed, his soul joins them and they can return to peace at last...

forgot all that, see it would have been a great journeying adventure...would have been brilliant save for the fact that not one of the characters (save Kallors appearance) is either fun/funny/exciting/badass or anything, they are all lost, boring, desolate, self centred mopey emo kids who have some serious father issues and just need to shut up and man up....

hmmm im hoping that Karsa's future trilogy will bump into several of these not yet dead characters...In all honesty i doint have a clue (unless each book is 2k pages) how 3 books will deal with karsa returning home....ammasing an army, and then laying waste to the worlds corrupt civilisation....sooo, yeah still cant wait
Im hoping the errant makes a show and karsa squits on him,......or greyfrog who best turn up

Felisin Fatter probably had her conclusion in TBH. Nobody seemed to look or bother with her,

Maybe years later in second karsa book, he'll meet her, frown cos she's let herself go a bit, then WITNESS pwn face the useless city of plague infested morons

In the end of the crippled god they say the all the cards are there...Kallor was once king, what happened to him? They mentioned that the king was switching, but who did it switch to? It had to be someone in the army o.O And what happened to Kallor too? Where did he just wander off to?

Kallor wasn't king, he was Reaver. He wanted to be king, hence his mission in TTH, but he was blocked by some TA. The king is someone else, and you gotta read the ICE books to know. That's as much as one can say without spoiling you.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

o.O worse then, because he wasn't with the army, and the reaver was? And eh, I don't like esslemont's writing style, it bores me. Cant get through his books, never plan on it either.
