Ardata is apparently the Queen of a (possibly continent-spanning) kingdom on Jacurucku, and is also an Elder Goddess. Skinner spent a long time there (they were supposedly lovers, although I can't remember exactly where I read that), and it is she who gave him the armour that he now wears. On that point, I expect she has a vested interest in him. Gods just don't let their servants go, after all, and with a parting gift to boot.
Mowri is a goddess (of beggars and serfs IIRC), and we learn about her involvement in MoI. She 'embraces' three positions in the House of Chains - Leper, Cripple and Fool.
Oh, and I've forgotten Gethol, his Herald.
Thanks for that explanation, and for Gethol.

I'm not sure you can quite count Kallor - after TtH he seems to be a lot more his own man.
Mowri is the god/goddess of beggars and serfs. We've never actually met them, but they've been mentioned by other characters as having joined the Crippled God's House.
Skinner and his Disawoved, yep.
There's Munug and his cult of the Crippled God in Darujhistan.
Jacuruku is said to be strongly under the Crippled God's influence. That's where Ardata is as well, so far as we know.
Of course, you could ask to what extent the Forkrul Assail are using the Crippled God, and to what extent is he using them.
And what about the Jade Giants?
Thanks for those additions. Looks like there was a lot I'd forgotten.
I've been wondering about the CG's connection to the FA myself.
Is tTH set before or after ROTCG? Or is the time-line so screwed it doesn't matter? I remember Kallor crying out to the CG to be rescued from Dassem in ROTGC, but that does not necessarily mean anything considering Kallor's life was at stake.
