By the way, if we lynch scum instead of voting for the 'safe' people, we might even prevent the NK, which means we won't lose if there are two scum after the lynch and one gets hit tonight.

Now, this might be the wrong move, but since I think there's a decent chance I won't survive the night and people will likely fall in line to HP's reasoning as Tellann has 'to get the lynch,I might as well get all this out there, and I think lynching scum today is the right move.

I'm a finder.

Night 1 I did a find on Silanah, because his exchange with Omtose was quite fishy. Probably should've laid off and found someone else, since if Omtose was scum Sil was getting lynched anyway, but whatever (I was considering HP actually). He's innocent.

Night 2 I did a find on Tellann. I don't really know why him specifically, but I'm always suspicious of the higher posters, since they tend to lead the thread. He's innocent.

Night 3 I did a find on HP, since he was the hardest to build a case on (in fact I couldn't build a convincing one myself, having tried on Day 3). He is scum.

So with 3 innos and 1 scum accounted for (Silanah, Tellann and myself, plus HP), that leaves possible scum as Kalse, Barghast and GL. I'm of the opinion one of them is Kalse.

Anyway, should've done this a while ago

Vote Hood's Path

Well I'm not suprised someone would pull a move like this on the last day. This certainly narrows down who of the three of you I need to vote for.

vote Osseric

why would I question a finder?
I don't see a counter. it's mafia 101 that if there's a finder reeveal you lynch who he points to, if they turn up inno, you lynch him.

as for why you and Kalse: it was a provisional. at that time, you two seemed to make the most sense.

Except when someone pulls a finder reveal on D-Day, because then you don't have a second day to turn around and lynch him, because by then the game is over. Although seeing as how my biggest fear at this point is you or Kalse being partnered to Osseric, I'm not surprised you're immediately falling into line with what he is saying.

well, i'm not his partner, b/c i was paired up with Sorritt.
Can't speak for Kalse, ofc, but Silanah's vote leaves us with nowhere much to go.

Do you have any reasons for not wanting to vote for someone who is 'safe', other than your name being in the list? I really can't see the point in lynching someone who has a 75% chance of dying anyway. With three, possibly four deaths tonight scum win if there are two remaining (and probably lose if there is just one according to shin's tiebreak rules). If one or more scum is in the four people who might die, then 75% odds that the night's actions do their job are fine by me (assuming for now the scum can't somehow prevent their deaths. The main worry for me is if both scum are in the other three. For example if you and GL are scum then a vote on any of the other four presumably wins the game.

You're talking out of your ass HP. Honeslty, even if my name wasn't in the list of 'safe' people I'd still not be up for voting people who are safe and disregarding the rest because 'meh, they're probably going to die anyway'. If we lynch correctly today, we have a greater chance of winning, and you are limiting the suspect pool which in my opinion is the wrong thing to do. We have no idea how many scum are left, but disregarding people's scumminess and instead voting for them being 'safe' makes it more likely for us to lynch wrong, since I very much doubt there's two scum amongst GL, Kalse and myself. I would think there's 1 (Ican't be sure though), but I know I'm inno and I'm skeptical of them both being scum at this point. I've revised my opinion on GL, and I'm still suspicious of Kalse, I'm getting surer and surer the confusion is an act, and I'm damn sure you are scum.

Besdies, if they're going to die anyway, and they're scum, what is the harm in lynching them? If they're going to die anyway, they just die earlier that's all, and we have the same amount of deaths (well, unless we lynch one of us three I guess). It's hardly a waste, and we have no idea at all how many scum there are and even if they're going to die anyway. I'm not suggesting that you don't vote for us three, but vote for scum, not for people who are going to survive. That's just stupid in my opinion.

@Tellann, any reason for me over GL? Why not Kalse either?

It's not a case of 'meh, they're going to die anyway' - it's a case of playing the numbers. Sure, lynch whoever is scummiest is the way we play, and I never said we shouldn't do that. I'm saying we should take advantage of the circumstances to narrow our suspect pool. Scum need two people to win at this point, since one scum can't win in a tie. Now if two people are in the four that might die, one of them WILL die, so that case is nice and peachy. If one is safe and one isn't then there's a 75% chance we will win anyway and we hedge our bets against the 25% by looking for the scummiest seeming person out of the other three. And if both are safe (which you have bashed on about how it's so unlikely), then we have to lynch one of the safe people. How is that not clever play? I never said we should just randomly lynch from one of the three, but that we should choose our suspect pool to our advantage. But seeming as you've gone and shown your true colours it doesn't really matter now, since the scummiest person on thread ends up being one of the three I wanted to vote for anyway.

Seriously, how have I shown my 'true colours', and how am I the scummiest person on thread? That's some admirable spin there HP, I'd like to see that case thank you very much. You've only mentioned my name twice this game, the first defending me against Omtose, and then later when you apparently 'couldn't remember anything I'd done', despite commenting on something I had done. What about Sil, who went in the face of a finder reveal based on gut, or Kalse, who's pretty much just wallowed in confusion the whole game and not done much of anything, or GL who's floating under everybody's radar despite a big neon sign pointed at him due to his collar deactivation.

Find fault with my reasoning all you want, but that doesn't make me scummy. And honestly, where's the connection from me to Kalse and GL? I voted for GL earlier on, and I actually built a case on Kalse that everyone pretty much ignored. Peddle your spin somewhere else, mate.

I'm inno, you reveal finder against me on D-Day. What more of a case do I need?

I revealed today because up till yesterday I'd only hit ostensible innos (Silanah and Tellann), then I hit you as scum on Night 3. The timing of the reveal in the day could've been better, but why the hell wouldn't I reveal? Once Tellann comes on and sees it, you can bet your ass he'll switch to you, since my case against you is based on something more than professions of innocence.

Yeah, the find that you only revealed after everyone starts stating they're willing to vote you off. You got any more 'proof'? You're full of crap, but least you made it obvious that you're scum.

Like I said, the timing could have been better. But if you'll notice, I said I was going to be away pretty much all of yesterday, and last night I was debating whether to reveal or go for another find tonight. I would've done a find on Kalse and then gone on from there, since if there was one scum and two inno scum could still technically win, as pretty much everyone's collars would be deactivated. Then I fell asleep watching Tuesday's episode of the Colbert Report and figured this morning it'd be better to get it out there and lynch a scum than possibly get NK'd and it all be for naught. Yeah, the whole voting thing looks fishy, I won't deny that, but since when does any inno do things that don't look at least partly suspicious?

Anyway, to everyone else it should be just as obvious as my scumminess is to you that you are panicking and trying to heap as much shit on me as possible, and try to swing a lynch back on me. Abandoning the partnership idea are we? Still didn't hear your reasoning for that thought...

Abandoning the partnership idea? Not really, but lynching you will hopefully be enough for the win. If the game doesn't end tonight then we will look for your partner, but at this point I know you're scum and have placed my vote accordingly.

Tellan voted you, Barghast and myself indicated we would both prefer to lynch someone out of who is safe. With one vote on you you're prime target with a lot of discussion pointing towards you being lynched. Hardly everybody yes, but enough to try pull something to seal the deal rather than rely on apathy when you are the only target that's been acted upon so far.

I'm panicking? You're the one with a BS reveal trying your hardest to discredit everything I've said after everyone didn't immediately drop votes on me.

My point was you never explained why you thought I had a partner in the first place, and why out of all people it would be either GL or Kalse.

A lot of discussion pointing towards me? Until my reveal only Tellann had mentioned me by name (and didn't even justify his vote IIRC), all the discussion around me has come after that, so not exactly accurate there. You and Barghast wanting to vote outside did little for my chances of being lynched since GL and Kalse were far more suspicious than me. Hell, Tellann only didn't vote Kalse because he thought he was merely confused.

Nobody has showed up, that's what I've been frustrated about. Silanah dropped in, didn't even comment on my reveal and dropped a vote I don't think many wanted to pick up anwyay since Sorrit came back inno, and voted on gut. You don't vote on gut on D-Day without evidence, and you certainly have to justify it. Barghast has been a non-entity all game, I'll be surprised if he even shows his face,.

By the way, what sort of behaviour were all you guys supposedly willing to vote on anyway? You take the reveal as your proof, yet you say that before that I was a 'prime target'. I've asked again and again what other than the reveal makes you so goddamn sure I'm scum and none of you have deigned to respond. I did a find on you because innos are never fully clean, whereas I can't really find fault in much of your game at all from an inno standpoint, except if you know there are no scum in the 'safe' trio, in which case lynching one of us gives you a better shot at winning.

@Tellann, any reason for me over GL? Why not Kalse either?

I haven't read anything after this as of yet. So I will reply to this post first.

This is going off what GL has dictated.

On one hand there are Osseric, Galayn Lord and Kalse

On the other there is Tellan, Barghast, Silanah and Hood's Path.

3 out of the 4 are going to die so that leaves 1. If we lynch one out of the 3 then there would be a 2 vs 1 situation left.

Now depending on the cf of who we lynch both of the two safe pople should then vote for whoever is left out of the 4. That is good for percentages anyway.

The decision today will decide who wins though. I'll read the rest of the posts.

Oh and why you? Well I think Kalse is confused and I do think she is innocent. Now why you over Galayn well we are going off what he said, if you and kalse are safe and he made you safe then he is more likely to be innocent isn't he?

That's three, so one of Barghast or Sil or Kalse needs to come on and hammer. We get no lynch and we're practically handing it to scum. But it might already be too late, I'm not entirely sure when day ends.

Ehm, if I check the post tags on the resolution of night 3 (25th of january, 8:35 PM my time), day 4 has timed out two hours ago.m I'm terribly sorry about the lack of vote updates in between as I was effing busy and I guess the same goes for Shin (who hasn't been in SH either during the past 24 hours), but I have to call time after this post by Osseric:

I have just read Hoods Path replies and I admit I have looked at him as more innocent all game than anyone else. He has built cases and been in on the lynches. If we go off Galayn what I said earlier still counts. Hood's Path may die tonight anyway and if he doesn't then he can certainly die tomorrow.
