It should read as:

Some people have suggested that even if you can move, you can minimise the risk to yourself by going to a sateliite town.

The reast of that post was a reason why that line of thought could be valid but it was based on me having missed that sentence in the OP that said movement was a day action.

Ehm... no. 50% chance you succeed from a satellite, 100% from the centre. Never 75%. All are connected to Shang Long or whatever the centre town was called, and not to one another.

It's a four-tile map, Tiam, but those four tiles aren't in a square. Four-tile is just referring to how there are four different cities, and each is considered a tile. Three outter ones that all connect to one in the center.
