Just saw Webisode 4. I think they're pumping Young Adama up into some kind of unstoppable badass a bit too much:

Yeah, that struck me as a bit too "Die Hard" for me also. Come on, this is his rookie mission!
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

What was he supposed to do.. let the Cylon pummel him senseless while they plummeted thru the atmosphere?

:D

- Abyss, loves a good plummet.

Looks like BSG won't be too badly affected by the writer's strike, since the SFC for some reason had already decided to split Season 4 in half and show ten episodes from April and the other ten in 2009. Great.

Razor is on in ten days, but it was leaked ages ago as well.

On the bright side, RAZOR is supposedly being screened in MOVIE THEATRES Nov 12ish.

- Abyss, likes his big spaceyships bigger.

There were FREE screenings november 12, in various US cities. Apparantly they went over swimmingly.

I saw the leaked trailer, one of the best tv/movies I have seen in a long time.

You're best bet might be using a torrent to download them.

Use something like azureus to download them. You can pick and choose the stuff you want to download from multiple file torrents, too.

As far as something live tv-links, all those websites are getting shut down left right and centre, the one I was using 2 days ago is down, and the one before that was shut down quickly, it is driving me nuts.

Well, finished the webisode series. Great FX and all, but not 100% sure this added up to anything. I can see why this footage wound up on the cutting room floor.

I watched the Season 3 finale last weekend. Does that mean I'm up-to-date with what's been on tv now?

Spoiler

But anyway, I'll have to wait for season 4 to be on dvd before I can watch it. Disaster!!!

Need a new series to rent on dvd now..... Supernatural Season 2 I guess it will have to be :D

You're up to date, Mez. Now you just gotta watch the webisodes and wait for Razor, which shows here in the Colonies (not the Twelve Colonies, mind you :D ) this coming Saturday.

Anyone know/do a summary of the webisodes? I can't view them... :D

So, Razor played in the US.

I DVR'd it, only to discover on replay that the satellite signal suffered pretty much continuous interruption at airtime. I watched about 10 min, then deleted it in disgust. McLovin ain't happy...

You know, I'm CERTAIN you were one of the people in this thread I repped with the highly illegal DivX streaming link I found a few days ago. Doesn't it work? Or do you have an objection to internet piracy? Or, more likely, do I not know what DVR is?
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Illy is Da Man, but does anyone have a link to the webisodes that isn't YouTube or SciFi's US only silliness?

- Abyss, failed by Google.

Haven't tried your link yet. DVR = digital video recorder, the recording facility built into my satellite TV receiver. Brilliant technology, but every once in a while, a recording gets screwed up when the satellite signal isn't clear. As, unfortunately, happened when I recorded Razor (we had bad weather this past weekend which interfered with the signal).

The BSG fansite 'Ragnar Anchorage' is hosting them as well, legally I believe (or at least Ragnar Anchorage has official recognition from the SFC and they never shut them down over this or the pre-Season 3 webisodes, which are still up there as well).

Razor was pretty awesome:

I didn't much care for Razor.

The old-gen Cylons were cool but the whole Cain story sucked.

Remember, in space, women are either evil robots, robots you can't trust fully, drunken sluts, tough lesbians, or well written women with cancer.

Indeed. :)

Just watched this. Enjoyed. Reminded me of a lot of what i liked about S1 and S2 as opposed to a lot of the wandering drek of S3.

The big twist with the hybrid's prediction at the end was a nice touch, especially contra the end ep of S3.

The whole bit with the Pegasus' Six being Cain's lover was a nice touch. The old school Raiders and Cylons were good fun (esp the scene where Starbuck rotated her viper and blasted the one in the landing dock - that ROCKED).
Actually, while Kendra was watchable, and Apollo and Adama their usual selves, Starbuck was REALLY great in this - less whining, more butt kicking.

Cain was well played - Michelle Forbes is great and i've always been pissed GLOBAL FREQUENCY didn't get beyond the premiere to let her truly go nuts on TV.

- Abyss, notes that in space, no one hears you discuss prophecy with semi-decomposed cyborgs...
