well, back to real life.

those last few days were... hectic

I'll need something nice smooth, because I want to celebrate being home. with all the issues involved, (such dealing with family nad having many responsibilities. again. instead of just one--studying).

probably, if I can get my quals re-certified. though they have a new management that's being all professional-like, so it won't be as fun anyhow.
but probably. at least as a weekend gig, to have all the perks.

gonna try to look for somehting more law-related for full-time, but I refuse to think about that till i'm back from vacation. Going to Cuba next week for a week, and once I come back, i'll let life hit me. right now I need to do a solid lot of nothing for a bit.

worst part of the whole "moving back" thing was me realizing just how much stuff I had.

I had to leave behind books. they are in storage, so it's not like i'll never see them again, but still. it was painful. I had to make choice as to which books will be left behind.

Hey DW! I could use a drink - moving is tough work. I mean, you have to sit there and direct people and point out what they are doing wrong and how you could do a better job.....Matador and Luci are lucky that I am willing to shoulder such a burden (and not much else

Meanwhile I've been tidying / cleaning out the spare room for you guys

I need help deciding! My sister is back from China and has invited myself, Luci, Loki and Matador to dinner at my parents house tonight. We also have been invited to a friend's 40th out in Ipswich, which is 'Dancing with the Zombies' themed. What to do!?

Mostly I'm leaning towards seeing my sister again after nearly two months away (plus she has a present for me, yay!), but the Dancing/Zombies/40th invitation came first, so I don't knoooow!

EDIT: However, if you go to the other thing be sure they have 'Dance of the Dead' playing on the tv in the background - it would be very apt given the events name
