will I be able to learn and retain the principles of law that govern the interpretation of the Charter and the appliacation of various legal tests to see whether legislature violates the Charter or not?

I'm brutally drunk, I really need to learn to eat rather than substitute beer for food. Who has suggestions for sobering myself up tomorrow nmorning?

I find Berroca or Vegemite both help me if I have them before I got to bed form a big night of drinking

and bacon of course

A good glass of water before bed, maybe mixed with some anti-acid caplets.

Or you can make yourself one of these:

"Mornin' after"

-3 parts tonic water
-2 alka-seltzers
-1 drop of peptobismol
-4 grams finely grated ginger or 1 part ginger beer (or ale if you're weak)

Vegemite burns like hell if you have to bring it back up but surprisingly it tastes almost as good as the first time it was in your mouth. :p

This is bound to be interesting... and if I see that same turian AGAIN in the bathroom when I come to my senses again, I'm calling it 'more creepy than Nazara's voice'.

huh
Oh my. That was a glorious night. in a sad way.
went to play poker with the guys, on account of having survived 4 law school finals in 8(!) days. whomever made our exam schedule ought to be shot.

anyhow, long story short, I lost a chunk of money. and we were all throughly wasted. not a hard thing to do, since majoirty of us are apparently sleep-deprived nervous wrecks. my friends told me they've had actual exam nightmares this session. huh

Anyhow, we were all so throrughly sloshed that we called it quits around 10 PM. I got home, promptly passed out. and now I'm awake again. about 4 hours later.

I think i'm gonna go play Bioshock or something.

meh, it would say "pay up". because prostitution isn't illegal. only soliticiting for the purposes of is illegal. and there's a case in Ontario making its way to appeal right now to challenge that. The law was already found unconstitutional on lower levels

also, this is just warmup--we've got our last final on monday. we just needed to really let off some of the pressure from the other 4.
