Hey hey hey.
Oh, I see I've been asked a question. Umm...well my Sunday morning is your Saturday night, so you could start whenever and I'll just pop in in the morning. Acorrding to my computer, 7 p.m. Central Time is 10 o'clock in the morning, so between 7 and 9 Central is fine for me. Don't delay it on my account though, start whenever and I'll just pop in as that's after midnight for the GMT crowd. Besides, I might be in earlier as I'll be at a concert on Saturday night (KARNIVOOL! oh yeah) and might just down some V and pull the all-nighter with my mate.

If there's enough people, we should do it in two/three phases so noone has to be up at an ungodly hour. Say late evening for the australasians, which should be late morning for the GMT people. The GMT people can drink if they want, or just chat and help run the games. Then again in the late GMT evening with the Americans joining. And if it's really wanted, late American time with the Australasians saying hi. I'm not sure what the exact logistics would be, but it is an alternative to one group of people having to be up in the middle of the night again. Or just have the chat room open from 12:00 GMT onwards and make sure there will always be three or four people holding the fort between the main events. Just an idea.

As far as I can see I'm the only Aussie so there's no reason to make sacrifices for me. I could start after my concert since I'll be up anyway and I won't be drinking much there or just get on in the morning. So just start whenever and I'll find my way there.

I'm good to start drinking between 7 and 9 on Saturday. Just wondering if we might need to start slightly earlier for the people in the UK, possibly 6 as that would be midnight for them. We'll go for starting between 7 to 9 central on Saturday evening, for now and make it a bit earlier if needed.

Just remember I am GMT+2, so midnight GMT is already 2am for me. Mappo seems pretty happy to take the midnight shift - TB would you mind maybe starting at around 8/9pm GMT? That should be early afternoon for you.

Not on the 3rd, I'll be in the vast internet-less wilderness at that time. Perhaps in August, though.

How about 3PM central? I can't do it before 2:30, as I've got another commitment that morning that will take me through to the early afternoon.

Well I'm drinking skittle shots, as are several others, but you are welcome to have your Canadien Club if you want.
@Alt If you have to start early it's okay, I just don't want MTS to miss everything if we're all wasted by the time he gets home from the concert. I'll still be in here, just maybe not downing all my skittle shots at once.
Time zone wise I know KM is Central along with SB and I, Slum is an hour ahead of us.

9 p.m. GMT? Damn, that's 5 in the morning for me - I'll be getting home at 1 or 2 at the latest. Maccy had a go at 4 a.m. in the first though, so I'll see if I can make that.

That sounds good, but I obviously dont want to bump Mappo out of the picture either. I think 3pm central is around 6am Melbourne, which is an awkward time. I also realise now the 3rd is the first weekend in a couple of months that there hasn't been some sporting event to attend, so let me check with my girlfriend first that she hasnt made any plans. Thinking about it, I might actually be able to make the midnight hours if there isnt, but I will have to get back to you on that. Sorry to be difficult about the times, hopefully we can get a better idea of when the other GMT attendees will be around.
On a completely unrelated note, I had smoked springbok ribs for supper - man, they were awesome!

Okay well that's too early, we will go with 6-8 pm central on Saturday. Maybe Alt can go for a nap first and get up late or something or we can do shifts as he suggested. I can be on throughout the afternoon and into the evening. I'm sure Maccy won't mind being up late, he's normally up at all hours anyways on a weekend.

Don't worry about it guys and gals, I can do the graveyard shift. I mean, it's almost 5:30 a.m. now and I didn't even go out tonight lol I'll be right. More people in the GMT block as well I think, make it easier on them.

Nice seems my maths did a bit of a fail there.
Assuming central is what is used in Chicago (that's the impression I'm getting at least) and DST doesnt skew things an hour in one direction or another, I think the best time would be starting 5pm central. That's 10pm in the UK, midnight here and 8am in Melbourne. Past that it is starting to get a bit late for the GMTer's too I would presume. I could possibly make it later than that would rather not, if possible.
For Mappo to join us right after his concert would be around noon central time and 3PM GMT, but it seems that is a bit early for some of the Americans.

Ya'll crazy! Saturday? Hmmmm. I'll be 'round, most likely.

Hmmmm, that might complicate matters some (family coming in from South Carolina). Still, if it's going to be towards our evening (7ish?) I think I should still be able to make it.

Yes, that's around the time we would be starting, maybe slightly earlier. This doesn't have a rigid start time like the drinking contests did, it's more along the lines of people being able to come and go throughout the night.
