Hey it looks like the Eruo's have formed two lover connections. where have I read this before?
vote Mockra just trying to be consistent. Plus we now know we cock blocked the china men yesterday, so I see this as a working strategy.
Good morning everyone.

Well, the scene did say the tallies were only for the two-point objectives - the chinese get points for each faction that gets a memeber lynched. We can't tell from that info whether or not the chinese currently have more votes than other factions or not.

Hmmm, 2 points doesn't really reveal much about anything, because for all we know there could be 12 lover links already. I'm interested to see if they can use it agian.

Catching up.

I'm back as well. Rejoice at my sexy avatar (unsullied by Emur's drop-crabs).
Anyone got their scumdar pinging? For whatever reason Mockra bothers me for some reason, I think I'll do a read up.

That was an impressive run of spam, in five pages there was little or no content beyond Silanah's analysis of the scenes. It is strange that no one mentioned those last scenes though, did everyone just miss them?
@Silanah - Can you quote the post where Ruse supposedly signalled Mockra, please?
Can doesville, D'riss.
And I just figured out that VC stands for victory conditions, not vote count.
vote Mockra
for using too many acronyms.
Standard joke-vote, not altogether suspicious. Could be signaling, but then so could most of the other joke votes.
HP points it out:

I must admit I noticed Ruse's original vote on Mockra as a potential attempt at signaling.
Then there's this:

I must admit I noticed Ruse's original vote on Mockra as a potential attempt at signaling.
And I noticed you showing up with trashy poems and lyrics (except Queen)! The difference is that only one of us is right (protip, it's not you).
I'm probably being overly analytical, but generally you either just brush off potential signals as joke-votes or explain how unlikely it is by establishing context. Flat out denying it seems an odd way to handle it.
Again, I'm probably over-reacting, but just something I noticed. And there's been a real dearth of things to build cases around so far.

Wrong, we have the scenes, so we definitely know there hasn't been twelve or anything close to that. Players (or people anyway) have only met up, what, three times? I think the 2 lover connections is a safe assumption to make.

Hey only 88 posts to go until level 2.
Anyone about? I kinda think we need a lynch today, so I'm gonna go look over some others and see if I can't spot anything suspicious.

Hmm, Ruse and Omtose both vote Mockra for grammar related things (acronyms and caps lock)...coincidence?
It was never there! Your straw man tactics won't work this early in the game.
Vote Mockrafor using CAPS LOCK in a threatening manner.
edit: fixed missing second half of sentence.

For posterity's sake, in SC1, 2 members of the Syndicate knew all of the members, but neither one was much of a killer. The Russians had 2 spies that knew each other from the start, but that's it. None of the teams really had a defined 'leader' that several people in the team knew right from the start. Some teams had the ability to learn that over time, but not initially.
This is a different game, but I think with 5 factions + Syndicate, that would be incredibly powerful for a faction to know its members... I COULD see the Syndicate knowing its members... one of the reasons they lost last game was they interfered with each other at a crucial time and one was killed in the process. Possible Tapper didn't want that to occur again, but I really have to agree with Liosan that it's just highly unlikely... they'd all have to be on the same team, know Galain as some kind of leader, and then be online at the same time. Quite a co-incidence...

Ok, lame - o, but this was all that really caught my eye. He downplays members of the syndicate who knew others, saying they weren't "much of a killer" (whatever that means). And then waters it down with talk of the Russians. Then he poo-poos the idea of the syndicate being all scary powerful n' stuff. But he COULD see it happening (wishywashy hey ho!)
Not worth a vote at this point fer sher.
I just can't shake the feeling that the overall complexity of the game makes searching for scum a really difficult proposition. Not that I'm going to turn my brain off, but there seems to be a necessity for a certain open-mindedness to crazy possibilities given the roles.

All three of them talking about acronyms again.
Acronyms are a very serious matter, Hood's Path.
100,000 people are killed by acronyms every day.
OMG?! LOL!
"OMG" indeed.
I guess you wouldn't be caught dead driving a Kia.

This is the third vote on Mockra by Omtose, with a crappy reason this time. Can't help but wonder if Omtose knows who Mockra is. Then again, he's never built a case on him (as well as not ending building cases on those voting Galain as he promised).
Well, that readup was rather failworthy. Plenty of oddities, but nothing that really adds up.
