I will agree with Osseric that the lack of defense seen so far is a bit unsettling, although theres no been a massive amount of us on since the comment so its possible none of his team have appeared yet to defend him

I think that his team might have taken one look at how quickly the votes piled up on him and decided not to defend or vote. Anyone who defends him is setting themselves up to either be night killed by the other watch or be lynched later on in the game.

Yeah, that's a possibility as well.
If what Fener says is true, and Inquisitors get the role before deciding, and what Anthras says is True, he has no allegience, then an Anthras lynch will likely yield another non death.
That is assuming that they are both telling the truth, which, especially regarding Fener, is a slim chance at best.

I really think that the inquisition getting peoples role in addition to not beiing able to get lynched would be totally unbalanced. Not that there haven't been games unbalanced like that before.

I am gonna head out for a couple hours to run some errands. I'll come back and decide if I am going to put him at L-1 or hammer, depending on where we are at.

Lol. You think Anthras is the only person who didn't get called an Uninitiated Other in their RI PM? The man made a slip, and the only reason we might not want to lynch him is in case he's Day Watch. But the Inquisition should have that covered.
Sure, we haven't spent a lot of time today, but it was a blatant slip made early in the day, if he is telling the truth, then that's both his bad luck - the mods obviously then didn't send the same PM to all the RI - and also his good luck, because he won't be lynched. Win-win as far as he's concerned. And yes, it's another wasted day, but then...we need time to be passing in order to win, anyway.
Vote Anthras

Well anyways, this has been a fun few hours of "spot the bullshit", but now that I'm at L-2 and a few folks have checked in it's time for part 2. Lynch me if you like but it won't help you ("you" being the RIs). If I died it'd come up saying I'm a Dark Other. What it wouldn't tell you is that I'm not part of the Day Watch.
I'm Witieslav, a Dark Other, Vampire and member of the Inquisition.
I don't know what it says in your RI pms nor much care. The point was to draw out some flak and see who the opportunistic watch-members were who would jump on board. Now feel free to analyze it yourself and draw your own conclusions, but the two I'm fingering are D'riss and Gamelon.
D'riss is Mr. Bullshit, quick to jump onto the single vote previously on me hoping to easily build it into a speed lynch and get to another night with ease. He pretends to lament that we double-speed-lynched Fener but he's really quite pleased about it. Initially he was against a Mockra lynch because there was a better one on Fener going, then later he turns around and decides a Mockra lynch is okay when it seems there's enough people to accomplish it. Though my absolute favourite is just last page at the start of this ruse of mine when he says " Could be he's a Day Watch starter, but it's a better chance he's Night Watch. " -- How on earth D'riss ever managed to think that was a} logical in any sense, and b} had any basis for being true other than his own secret knowledge is beyond me. Especially when 2 Night Watchers have already died so there'd have been a much, much better chance of me being Day watch if either of the two.
Gamelon, too, wants to progress the train so he eagerly hops on for spot #3, but can't seem to manage any argument himself as to why, not even a little sentence or two saying "Gee I really agree with Serc and D'riss here, doing A is a likely indicator of B". Of course that would make him seem pretty sympish if he did, which is exactly what he is. That is, if you look back upon him though, you'll see a medium-role scum who's been trying to stay out of focus by making most of his posts vague agreements with other players' own vague speculations (ex: 531, 519) and confusing up the game by trying to dismantle or discredit existing ideas (ex: 487, 495, 501).
edit: and yeah, that was xpost with about the 4 or 5 posts above

Anthras is L-1 correct?

I will have to agree, from today apart from you i got that D'riss was probably a watch member with Shadow also as a maybe.
I dont think you should have told us if you are actually an inquisitor as you wouldn't get killed by the lynch (theoretically) but now youve put yourself out there as someone opposed to both watches.

Half-assed efforts yield little gain, while bold moves may win the day.
That being said, I won't be telling you fine folks anything about how the inquisition operates so don't think you'll get anything out of me that way. Up to you if you want to risk lynching me to see if Inquisitors can hold back their own lynches or not.

Why out yourself as Inquisition if you control the lynch, Anthras?

Anthras my dear dear friend. The reason I don't have to explain my vote on you is that I have been pushing for your lynch for two days. At this point I have nothing left to say about you. To me the only real question is who are you a recruiter for and if the inquisition wants you dead. To reveal as inquisition at l-1 is the hight of hilarity. If there was a shread of doubt about you possibly being a member of the inquisition, claiming to be one removed it. I suspect that an inquisition member would just let his lynch go through and not worry both with a l-1 reveal. You sir a worried about getting lynched. An inquisition member wouldn't be.
+ rep for the attempt. Pathetic though it was.

Obviously, the assumption to make is that the Inquisition doesn't control their OWN lynches if Anthras is actually Inquisition. Otherwise, he'd have no reason to out himself as a member as the lynch would just be blocked.
It comes down to whether or not to believe his reveal.

That's... quite a reveal. Why would you try to draw out flak, though, if you really are that powerful, Anthras? Clearly you don't control your own lynch, hence the desperation reveal.
Also, this quoted snippet above contains some major logic errors, Anthras. First, you say you're a Dark Other and not a part of the DW (so you clearly understand that Dark other = DW, Light other = NW). Then you say that 2 NW have already died, when it has clearly been 2 DW that have died. If you know the mechanic, why would you get it wrong one time and right another?

Because I'm prone to the same fallacy of word-association as any other human being in the real world?
