Twas a great bbq. Anomander turned out to be a great guy, especially as I love most of the movies he's been in. It was good to see that someone fell into the pond at last (not that we couldn't have predicted it to be Mat), and that Mal refrained from killing the Irishman afterwards.

I stayed for the week-end and Bill and Hazel took great care of me as always. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and already look forwards to next year.

Now where are the pictures?!

Holy shit, I had completely forgotten about the cow suit. How and why again will be lost forever in a drunken haze.
Also just remembered my completely unjustifiable bullying brood out of a seat, apologies

Probably one of the funniest moments was missed by most everyone as it happened when Illy was leaving. Let's just say his ride introduced herself as the "geek fucker" and was ushered outside of the house rather quickly by a flustered chicken.

I love her just on principle.

I should also add that Whisper and Solo have fully recovered from their hang-overs after Macros decided that it was a hot day and cold Guiness and Cider would be a good idea :p

Neither of them threw up, nor did any of our guests (to my knowledge anyway).
Thanks also to Bubba for cake, as always :)

edit to add - don't blame me Abyss, blame it on this stuff

Ah yes, those pictures bring up a good point. Many thanks to Senor Bubba for providing the delicious cake you saw me contemplating in one of the pics. And shame on those who couldn't stomach its moist, chocolatey deliciousness enough to have some for breakfast. You know who you are.

There was a cow suit?

Cougar - remember on the drive to the station where I said I remembered everything? I think I lied!

Where did the cow suit come from?

Macros stole it off some poor unsuspecting gate-crasher :) with great aplomb and verve, I have to say.

There were gate crashers? Was I at the right BBQ?

How's the toe now Mac? I did wonder what was making you so irate when I was jamming your trainers on before we got to Kings Cross! "DON'T MESS WITH MY FUCKIN LACES" and then you yelled at a small child while Toby and STd pretended they weren't with us :)

i left my cable at home(south africa) but will post some pics when i get back.

I think people at the train station were treated to a great example of why drinking is bad for you. I really have not seen a group of people look more hungover for a very long time...

I was wondering who had tied my shoe laces.
I did not shout at a small child again, I refuse to believe this has become and annual problem.
Apologies for yelling at you whilst you were trying to help, but I did start on the beer at stupid o'clock, and excuse which I will be using for anything I don't recall/ want to contemplate.
it was definitely a factor in the FUCK in the tube station toilet location incident.
Also remembering more stuff, repeatedly calling Cougar a peasant and a philistine probably didn't get old at all for him

Oh god.....! The little sleep I had was punctuated by surround sound snorage, courtesy of Pathos and Baudin. I can't remember what I dreamt and what really happened. Knowing me, whatever I did was shameless attention whoring :)

Hope you feel better soon, you bugger. Booze related or proper ill?

The way you suddenly recovered post train-puke and mothered the drunkest man in Christendom off the train and to safety was touching, I have to say. I'm amazed Maccy didn't get arrested on the way home though.

Yet again, an epic bbq despite my pathetic liver's inability to keep up with you lot (how some of you drink that much is staggering btw), massive thanks to Bill and Hazel, if I ever get a garden and have a bbq then I think I'm gonna have to hire you as consultants.

I assumed Maccy had brought the cow suit with him, who managed to gatecrash in a cow suit?!

According to Hazel you would lean out her car window at every light and scream obscenities at Cougar's car which was just behind you. "You half-irish, half-scottish c**t!!!" was among some of what you said I believe, followed by giving the finger a lot.

I wish I had the chance to talk with the lot of you more than I did. Suppose I'll just have to make a reappearance next year. :)
And so the First denied their Mother,
in their fury, and so were cast out,
doomed children of Mother Dark.
