Grabbed AC: ODYSSEY Gold Edition, for $32. That’s a hell of a deal. I’m still finishing up ORIGINS, bu5 glad to have it queued up next

I'm gonna do the 2 separately (base game + Season pass). You can use a coupon on each, it comes out even cheaper.
Probably also grab Origins Gold, and Watch Dogs 2 deluxe + Season Pass (also cheaper than Gold)
Anyone who doesn't own the Witcher 3 yet, it's a steal at 7 CAD/5 USD for the GOTY (complete) edition.

So, for just under the price of a single "base" AAA game:
-AssCreed Unity
-AssCreed Origins Gold (includes Season Pass+ deluxe content)
-Asscreed Odyssey + Season Pass
-AssCreed III Remastered (given for free by Epic with an Odyssey purchase!!!)
-WatchDogs 2 Deluxe + Season Pass.
Epic is..... beyond generous with these. Also, Civ VI base version is the free game of the week.

Prey 2017 (Arcane's take on System Shock) is now on GOG. So is Metro Exodus Gold, with Denuvo DRM removed from all other versions.
Oh, and GOG started its summer sale; loads of deals on a ton of games. Bunch of demos for upcoming games, too- like the System Shock remake, and Destroy All Humans!.

C&C Remastered is getting rave reviews. I wasn't crazy about Tiberian Dawn & Red Alert, but fuck it, I'm in just for the remastered versions of Hell March.
Also, Supreme Commander games now on GOG. It's an RTS Christmass

I just happen to be listening to the Giant Bomb podcast from 2008 when C&C 3 was launched. I could really go for some hammy strategy fun right now. I wonder if this would run on my work laptop. Hmm.

pulled the trigger on Fallen Order in a Humble sale.
Went for the Origin version over Steam, because achievements. Shallow, I know.

Horizon Zero Dawn pre-order popped up on GMG with a 16% discount, taking it within 40 cents of my target 50 CAD price range.
Bought, since not much happening on GOG this week. Now hopefully i'll be able to pre-load this closer to release date.

That was a wonderful game, though I suspect it is partially involved in my open world fatigue.

I can finally get rid of the pirated Metal Gear Solid 1+2 disk images. GOG convinced Konami to re-release Metal Gear 1, MGS 1 and MGS 2 PC versions from way back when.

Picked up Vigil: the Longest Night. Since they're doing a cross-promo with Salt & Sanctuary (and I happen to own that game), got it for 20% off- 20 CAD is a great price for the game, based on the demo.
Gonna dive in tonight.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity - although I should probably finish BotW before I play it
Will probably pick up Star Renegades as I loved Halcyon 6.

I've never played a Dynasty Warriors game so I am kind of hesitant at trying out Hyrule Warriors 2. I might want to play the first one to begin with but Switch prices are ridiculous.

I rebought SKYRIM for PS4 (it was on sale for $20 and I'm not made of stone)...I owned it long ago for XBox360.
Greatest game ever created IMNSHO. And holy shit, an hour back into it and it's like coming home again. The comfort game of all comfort games. The gameplay, the score, ect. It all just feels like warm hug. I stood on an outcrop near Riverwood looking out at Bleak Falls Barrow last night and felt "right".
Will try to max out the skill tree this time.

really? I remember starting it up a couple years ago with no mods and I thought the whole thing seemed ancient. Ugly graphics, wooden character NPCs, stilted dialogue, sparse environments. I never made it past the Dragon Attack on the fort.

The PS4 graphics upgrade from the 360/PS3 version is enough to keep me from noticing that the graphics are as dated as they are. But things like the ease of gameplay, the immersive story and ESPECIALLY the gorgeous score...man I love it. I will agree to at least the character design being largely ugly...but it's not too detrimental to me.
The Dragon Attack on the fort is like the prologue! You gotta play more than that man.

Eh, there's too much other gaming content out there. I will agree about the score though and the general design and presentation was something else in 2011. The UI, the freedom. Skyrim is a very special game. Can't wait to play Elder Scrolls 6 in... 2030???

It was because Elder Scroll 6 is so far off on the possible, maybe not yet horizon that I grabbed Skyrim to play it again. LOL!
