It seems our killers are not stupid. We haven't caught one yet. I, in my vastly inferior intellect, as a killer would kill the guy who could find me by giving me a power and having not received it, no matter the lynch possibility, seeing as how he could find me that night.

just a little bullshit plus guarding me would do nothing as there are defo multiple killers. therefore the guarding me would only benefit the scum as even the possibility that i was telling the truth far outweighs the zero benefit of guarding a killer in a team.

GL, I didn't believe HP at all. I had him down as a possible symp for his loud mouth, but then I wasn't so sure he was a symp. I didn't guard you because I actually thought you were going to get lynched.

He's done a lot of fucking up this game, no real reason to believe he's town TBH. He's walked a very fine line with PMs (catapults?) and claimed a pretty interesting role to stave off his possible day 1 lynch.

I'd rather just lynch HP (or Thyrllan really, since there was still a kill last night) and if they are town, guard Emurlahn, TBH. Fact remains, HP and Thyr are still alive after some strange reveals. It means that either Emur isn't a scum and the scum are happy letting HP and Thyr muck things up, or that HP and Thyr are scum.

We've been down this road before, you and I. If the moderators decide to make guard a harmful role for town, that's their fault. Town should always use a guard ability every night. You seem might sure that killers would be "paired" as the term goes. I haven't seen that here since Barfight.
