We do love you PB, but I am also a bit afraid of you...and your alt has a gun! :p
'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

I'm flattered to get some many finds at the start, actually. Doesn't really matter who you investigate on any given night TBH. The point is to find out your sanity first based on CFs (aka it wasn't a lying scum talking) and reveals, and then use that to CI people.

Okay, I'm tired now. And I probably won't be able to post until I get home from work in about 16 hours time (give or take) [Very slight chance I can get on before I go to work, but I really can't promise]. Can we get a consensus on find targets for tonight, then I can lay down my vote and sleep... :p Do we all 'find' the same person...I assume we must otherwise it's a bit pointless? That said...can/do we find ourselves? ...Excuse me if I am talking nonsense...I am really tired...and yes it does come over me all sudden.

Can't find yourself.

Not sure it's really that useful to put all finds on the same target, either, TBH.

Scum can figure out VERY quickly who is likely to be the threat based on the initial finds on me. Based on the results of everyone's reveal (obviously the scum ignoring his or her own reveal), the scum know if someone is paranoid/insane and multiple reveals might actually tell the scum exactly who is which. They don't know about the naive or sane finder, I believe. So if you tell everyone who you're going to investigate, the scum can use that information to knock off a paranoid or insane finder and then fake that role for the rest of the game (based on his earlier fake reveal), making his or her finds sound legit and possibly forcing town to guess on Day 3 who is lying.

So IMO keep your find idea to yourself.

edit: typo

Hooray you investigated me. :p Which is odd, considering I've failed in my last couple games haha. I think some of the attention is on you for the same reason--you've done very well in recent games.

Well I lost the last one but thanks :p

I actually picked you because the last time you were scum in Benses you won (with my help of course). Also, you get lynched on Day 1 a lot, which was kind of funny.

Okay...I know you shouldn't trust anyone in mafia, but in this case it makes sense (doesn't mean I think you are inno mind! :p ).

Also, let's assume I'm inno (I know I am, whether you choose to believe me or not):

--Therefore, you must be PARANOID, INSANE, or KILLER
--Which means, from our earlier results (Me-PB-Scum, Gem-PB-Inno, Bwgan-PB-Inno) the following possibilities exist if we are all telling the truth:

PB/Sixty/Gem/Bwgan

Paranoid/Insane/Naive/Normal
Paranoid/Insane/Normal/Naive

If I am a normal finder, then PB, Gem, or Bwgan must be lying based on the permutations. If I am an insane finder, it is possible we are all truthful and venge is our killer (however unlikely probability-wise).

The only time I got lynched on day 1 that I recall was when I was trolling people with goodkind praise hahah. Last game I made a slip and left myself wide open and got killed night one (as scum).

I don't recall--what's venge's timezone? I want to say something like EST or CST but I'm not sure.

Am I supposed to be voting night now? Because I really have to sleep. But see, if I do I know you will lynch me...but then if I don't you probably will as well...

Venge is Chicago so EST.

Also, Sixty it could be reversed with me as Insane and you as Paranoid, with your setup.

I plan to vote night, but I'm up for at least 5-6 more hours so I can wait. That way a scum can't try and ninja a hammer or anything before we can figure out who's who and whatnot.

edit:

@PB: Yeah you're right. :p

bwgan we need to vote Night but can't do that without Venge's reveal. If you really need to go for an extended time we can probably have you Vote Night and then Venge can vote night when he gets on and posts and then someone from the last 3 of us can do the last one.

I think that when we find out about supposed contradictions on finds - like Peanut saying Sixty is scum and Sixty saying Peanut is scum (in their finds), that's the kind of focal point we need to find out information. Because that is different from when we just get contradictions about one player - opposite finds like these are interesting on a whole other level because both can't be scum, and therefore both also is less likely to be innocent - the more of this kind of information we get, the more we can determine who's the bad guy. I hope you guys can follow my train of thought here.

That said, I don't think we should reveal too much either - just trust our own finds for now, ok.

Well it means one of these scenarios

I'm paranoid and Sixty is insane
I'm insane and Sixty is paranoid
I'm paranoid and Sixty is scum
I'm sane and Sixty is scum
I'm scum and Sixty is paranoid
I'm scum and Sixty is sane.

So on a purely empirical level, it's a 2/3 chance one of us is scum.

Making dinner and away for a while.
