The vivid dreams from the nicotine withdrawal are getting worse. Last night I dreamed i killed someone. It was a very vivid, detailed dream. I taped a guy up, then wrapped his head in clingwrap and shoved him in a refrigerator. He was struggling the whole time. Odd dream.

As for the addiction thing, make and drink a massive pots of strong tea (I recommend a blend with darjeeling like Russian Caravan). Milk if you like but no sugar as that just makes you crave more and makes you sick. Something about the tannins occupies your mouth cravings nicely, and there's a mild caffeine buzz.. I don't know, but I use it to preclude many cravings effectively.
